Feels like u r travelling on the end of the world.. trough the very old tunnel with no lights, digged into a big rock. Otherwise wide and winding road, but beautiful view all the way. Lots of small wineries on the way, but Plenković is the best on my opinion :)

We had 15 people meet in sveti nedelja ranging in ages from 2 to 50's and it was a wonderful place to relax for a few days. The town is set on a steep hillside rimmed on one side by the Adriatic and a large cave with a church at the top (the Augustine monastery of sveta nedelja or Saint... More

Little place on south side of Island Hvar. There you can see vineyards and olive fields and relaxing on beach.

Nice drive to Sveta Nedelja, great location, fantastic food. Check out their vine cellar, it's built under the sea level.

The restaurant on the dock has a fantastic view and closest ever to the boat. Nice wines, nice fish restaurant. Narrow inlet to the harbour which has only a few moorings. They didn't have the card reader ready when we were there so we had problem to pay...

I love this small village with the charming little harbour and the beautiful turquoise sea. But the biggest attraction is a the Cliffbase (about 20 minutes walk from the harbour) - a mecca for climbers. Miro Stec - modern Robinson Crusoe. Paradise harbour, the wreck of the boat, golden sand in the sea, breathtaking views of the Adriatic sea. Peacefull... More

This restaurante is unique. they have their own wine cellar. Eventually the owner of the restaurant is the owner of the popular wine brand in Croatia. The restaurant itself has the wine cellar underneath of it with glass wall so that you can see the underwater view. The food wise, is tasty but be careful with the quantity; it may... More

Calm and rocky beaches. Getting there is only possible by road with small cars, as you have to cross a mountain chain via a tunnel which seemed to be carved as those found in mines.

This is certainly worth the extra kilometers drive. We enjoyed stunning sunset and the beautiful coastline. The rugged mountains and rock formation are rising up from the sealing. Stunning.

Sv.Nedelja is a small village at the south of the Hvar. Best way to visit it is by boat as there is a private small boat marina. If you choose to go by car/bike bear in mind that there is no alternative road/shortcut back to hvar or stari grad, you will have to drive all the way back by same round.... More
