We decided to take the trip to the off shore island which was pleasant. Walked to what was described as one of the best beaches in Croatia but to be honest we weren’t too impressed, shingle rocks.....little different to elsewhere.

You don’t need a private boat (with captain). Hire a boat and take yourselves - it’s really easy. We hired a boat for 650 KN (about 75 euros) from outside of the Amforna Hotel. Just make sure you book a boat with a ladder so... More
You don’t need a private boat (with captain). Hire a boat and take yourselves - it’s really easy. We hired a boat for 650 KN (about 75 euros) from outside of the Amforna Hotel. Just make sure you book a boat with a ladder so that you can jump in the sea and re board easily!!!
