Pakleni islands offer beautiful sites to sail, to swim, to hike and to eat well. I especially recommend restaurant Meneghello which offers good food on reasonable prices and also houses an art gallery and is surrounded with an extraordinary botanical garden.

Carpe Diem Beach and Mlini beach were both outstanding. You can take a water taxi or hire a boat and tour the islands yourself. Just 20 mins from Hvar harbour & 40 Kuna on the water taxi. Don;t miss these islands.

The best day during our trip to Croatia. We took a boat for the day and went to palkleni islands. Had lunch at zori which was great and there was another bar next to it which had free houses and great cocktails.

So many boating companies will take you there, or you can hire a small boat very affordable from Hvar. We lunched and swam as part of a Blue Cave day trip with Dino Seputic & Hvar Cruise. Lunch at Buffet Bacchus is a must.

Easily accessed from Hvar (water taxis run all day even in mid-September) and a super chilled experience. Jerolim is small but still has plenty of secluded bays for privacy. There are three 'beaches' (often rocky): the little bay beside the ferry wharf seems the most family oriented; the beach over the little hill to the left of the wharf (as... More

Savage spot! There are so many little coves and small beaches that you are nearly certain to find a private little spot to park up and claim as your own. I would recommend hiring a boat and going exploring the islands as this way you will definitely find a little private swimming spot for yourselves. We did just that and... More

Rented a boat for the day from Hvar Boats and what a great day exploring the Pakleni islands! There are many places to stop for a swim or a wander. The sea is amazingly blue and clear! You can also visit Carpe Diem beach.
