We took the Adriana boat to go from Cavtat to Dubrovnik. Price is cheaper 50 Kn cheaper if you buy it online. They were delayed, always waiting for last minute passengers, so expect to leave at least 10 minutes later. Staff was quite rude, except for the lady in Cavtat selling the tickets.

We took their boat taxi service from Cavtat to Dubrovnik. Cost was 150,000 KN each return (about £17). Turn up at port and pay. Directed ro a fine looking wooden galleon type boat with lower and upper deck. Warm welcome and lovely 45 minute crossing to Dubrovnik. Boat was well equipped with a drinks service and toilets on board. We had been given a leaflet with return times which were roughly every hour. Come our return service, no boat appeared for the 1615 hrs return. We had to wait until 1730 hrs and then a tiny fibreglass single deck boat signwritten Adrianna appeared. This was our return vessel. Hard built-in fibreglass seating with no cushioning, no toilet, no drinks service, two crew who gave no explanation for the failed 1615 hrs boat. The Captain puffing on his e-cigarette despite there being signs for no smoking. The trip back in the small boat was very choppy with sea spray covering all sat towards the rear but the Captain ploughed through without putting the side curtains down for protection. A good job it was a warm sunny day. A much different experience to the outbound trip.
Needless to say, we did not go back and book the three island trip with Adrianna.
Choose carefully, plenty of other water taxi providers in Cavtat.

Nice experience, but. When we booked it, they told us that the cruise is all inclusive, including free unlimited drinks and beers, food and ice cream. It had food, which was fine and unlimited soft drinks and wine. The beers weren't free, there was a charge of 20kn (only cash) and there wasn't ice cream. Also, in the three islands that we went, they could give some directions of our options, because we didn't know where to go. Value for money though.

We booked a four hour snorkelling trip. Sold to us by a very friendly man in Dubrovnik old town harbour. He showed us pictures of the boat, said we would have unlimited alcholic and soft drinks, visit caves, snorkel with all equipment provided and then spend 1 and a half hours on Lopud. Our daughter really wanted to see the caves and snorkel so we paid the equivalent of £150 for three of us. Booked and paid a deposit for the next day which was Sunday as he said it was a transfer day so the boat would be quiet and only ever 12 people allowed onboard max anyway. We arranged collection from Cavat ( their home port).
Arrived at the pick up point in Cavtat next day to find we weren't booked on the trip but the man on the ticket desk shrugged and said would be okay. A very small speed boat, smaller than the pictures we had been shown arrived. 13 of us were on the boat making it very cramped and limited shade if needed it.
First stop was the blue cave. Nothing exciting but in fairness that's not the boat trips fault. However no snorkels just a few masks available. The area was busy with lots of other boats so hardly scenic. Water crystal clear though so that was nice.
Back on board for next swim stop, five minutes away and not even time to get dry. Could see previous swim stop and same group of boats again moored up. Told there was a cave you could swim into. Most people stayed on board as they had only just been in the water.
Third stop just round the bay was Lopud Island but the boat does not dock. You can easily swim ashore but to do what! You can't go sightseeing or buy a drink etc as cannot carry anything. So after a swim most people just stood on the boat and he played some music.
The unlimited drinks were a very small water fountain size plastic cup of beer or wine or soft drinks which were poured for you from large bottles. You had to ask for refills which were given but the tiny cups were never filled to the brim and after a few gulps your cup was empty.
Overall very poor value for money. The day was saved by the beautiful scenery, some lovely chatty Mexican people on the boat. But I would not recommend this trip at all. It is a rip off!

I never write reviews, but I must in this occasion. We got a round trip water transportation service from outside our hotel (Sheraton) to the old city in Dubrovnik during August.m 2022.
Please don’t take this company. They sale you tickets and then their boats don’t run on time and they are very rude. Our water taxi service from the bay where the Sheraton is located to Dubrovnik first ran late, then when their showed up they say that they were the only boat and that if we wanted to go to the Old Town (the service we contracted) we needed to go with them to another destination and it was going to take long and we didn’t like it we could do whatever want and that id was not their problem. They refuse to say how long … the guy was rude as if the service would have been free. The service cost 4x what a taxi will charge from the hotel to the old city This people and their company needs to understand that they are in the tourism business and international tourists expect respect and some level of standards in the services we purchase. Please do not take this company services.
We are A family of 4 (with the two kids) from the USA.

Visit to first two islands didn't make any sense. We were there for approximately 30 minutes so you could either take a quick swim or a quick drink. After we took a swim on the first island, we were told we can't come to the boat until completely dry, which to me made absolutely no sense.
Vegetarian lunch option.. I don't even wanna start about that. Vegetables grilled together with the fish (which was overly baked) and 5 pieces of the cheapest cheese possible. After paying 350 kunas for included lunch, we had to have lunch on the last island we visited.

This is quite literally the worst company I have ever experienced. They lied about the delay to a boat from Mlini to Cavtat - advertised as 14.00 but when it hadn’t arrive at 14.15 was told it was 3 minutes away. It finally arrived at 14.45 and was full but they still boarded about 30 people at Mlini, some standing all the way to Cavtat as there were not enough seats. Clearly against health and safety regulations to have passengers standing and clearly wouldn’t have been enough life vests had we had an accident. Just to top that off, the “captain” screamed at everyone to redistribute the weight because the boat was leaning so about 5/6 people had to change sides of the boat while we were travelling. Then on the return trip we were dropped about 15 minute walk away from where we had boarded the boat, at the opposite end of Mlini, with zero warning. Overall a terrible experience and I would warn everyone not to book with this company as there are other far more professional options.

AVOID! Their so called tour from Cavtat to Lokrum is a scam. They take you on a boat taxi service from Cavtat to Dubrovnik and just drop you there and direct you to pay for the public boat to Lokrum, despite having been promised that you would be delivered to Lokrum. Con artists. Avoid. Their taxi to Dubrovnik costs £18 and takes 1 hour. The bus is £3 and takes 30 minutes with downhill views along the way.

We travelled from Cavtat to Dubrovnik ( return ) on a couple of occasion. Nice clean boat, lovely scenic trip and prompt. Sailing in to the old harbour is always a joy-not worth the hassle of the drive and then the parking. Nothing fancy and nothing to complain about-a very useful service-Thankyou.

Me and my 16y old son had worse experience last week. Boat came late to transfer from Island to Mlini .no one booked with them. We were left with no pick up back from Mlini to go back to Cavtat at night for 2 hours. . We called the company around 18.30 to be picjed as scheduled on ticket and agreed with boat captin. Phone rang voice message then cut off we tried calling few times no response. We had to call for help from 112 . We had to go and seek help from nearby hotel hired Taxi costing us 200 CK . It was scary traumatic experience. At night. We went to ticket agent they refused full refundif ticket and only paid taxi transfer.

Hi, has anyone had success getting a refund for tickets missold? We bought a ticket only to find the service stopped 1.5h before our (paid for and advertised) departure time. Called and politely spoke to a respresentive twice before the departure time. Very rude and abrupt response and hung up. On me with no resolution. Has any one had a refund without hassle and going through credit card despite process?
Thanks,

How much was this 3 island boat tour per adult and did you have to prebook? How long does this last?
Also the boat to Dubrovnik, how much is this return and how long?
Written July 21, 2018
Hello and thank you for your inquiry. I see that it is late, and that others have replied faster, but it may be beneficial for some in the future.
As stated, the trip to the Three islands cruise is 300 kn per person, with drinks and lunch included. It lasts7-8 hours (depending on where you board the boat). Booking in advance is recommendable in the main season due to the big interest and you can do so on our official website.
The trip between Dubrovnik and Cavtat takes about 45 minutes on average and the price is 60 kn for one way ticket and 100 kn for the return trip, per person.
We hope you had a good time in Dubrovnik and that you might visit again!
