one of several "triple" wells in Dayan (Lijiang Old Town), still in use

This one is marked by two statues, though there are at least three "triple" wells in Dayan (Lijiang Old Town), each marked by a descending pattern of three tanks, the top one pure and drinkable (I admit I didn't try any of them but the water looks clear and smells good), the middle one for washing vegetables and children playing, the lowest one for soapy clothes and children bathing.
