The show captured the story of Tibetan culture so accurately. The singing and dancing brought tears to my eyes and cheered me up continuously throughout. The performers were excellent and really enjoyed themselves on stage! They were brilliant! The Tibetan Buddhist imagery and story line are really powerful and was just the cherry on top of the entire Juizhaigou experience!... More

This a singing and dancing (musical show) as a background The main theme of the show a Tibetan woman who started her journey of worship with a little sheep from Jiuzhaigou to Lahsa (capital of Tibet) which take many years. All the dialogue and song presented in Tibetan, but there's a screen board in the rear of the stage stated... More

We have been to many cultural shows around the world and usually we are disappointed and find them very touristy. This one was different. The dancers and singers were local Tibetans and not professionals. Don't think however that they were amateurish. They were not. The dances and the singing were all beautiful and the told the story of the Tibetan... More

We watch both shows- Zang Mi & also Qian Gu Qing. Both gave different experience both we still prepare Zang Mi which has more flavour and taste to the Tibetan style. Qian gu qing will give you more light & visual effect enjoyment but lack of story line and taste.

Not much else to do at night, especially in winter. I got tickets through the hotel, and took cabs to and fro the place. There were pretty near the main hotels area near the entrance of the valley. Most people that come seems to be from the tours, but getting a cab after the show was not a problem. The... More

A show well worth seeing, tickets can be booked through the hotels. The show is very energetic, very well choreographed and entertaining. It presented fantastic photo opportunities but please disable your flash as it irritates others and won't make any difference to your pictures as it is overpowered by the stage lighting. Great evening and good value

We went to this on recommendation of our local guide. The audience was mostly made up of domestic chinese tourists. I really enjoyed the "long-sleeved dance" and the "yak dance", although my wife said the latter was mainly for children, especially with the audience interaction which we didn't understand. Subtitles were supplied in English to briefly explain what each dance/song... More

A spectacular night live performance with a kaleidoscope of colours. Not to be missed while you are in Jiuzhaigou. Managed to get a VIP seat [middle seat about 5 rows from the stage] for RMB200 through an agent. The dances, music and scenes were well choreographed. The entertaining show boasts of a hugh cast. Although narration was in Tibetan, there... More

The Zhang Mi Tibetan dance and show is colourful, entertaining and lively. It offers tourists a look into Tibetan culture and way of life - beautiful costumes, dance and music. Cast of more than a hundred. It is good entertainment for the evening after walking in JGZ park the whole day. Theater a bit chilly during winter so make sure... More
