Rize Valley is located on the right arm of the Y shape Jiuzhaigou.
In it one can find the Mirror Lake, the Pearl Shaol Waterfall, Pearl Shaol, Five Flower Lake, Panda Lake, Panda Waterfall, Arrow Bamboo lake and the Mallard Duck Lake. Simply breathtaking!

Amazing colours during Autumn. The leaves on the trees are yellow, brown, gold, red, green, amber, etc. Crystal clear lake. Go early as it gets crowded very easily.

Honestly it's still surprising me, this place is so pure and clean. Even with that mass tourism and Chinese people.

If you stay long enough to see, how much garbage the workers are gathering you understand how they do it. Labor.

I hope they can keep that status.

Purchase your 1 day or 2 days Ticket/pass to enjoy all the points inside the Reserve in the park's only bus routes. No private cars allowed inside.

If you have time, use the bus to the end of the valley by the Forest and use the bus and get off by Arrow Bamboo Lake where you start your walking all the way to Nuorilang, that will take you over 2 hours and lots more lakes and sights to see than Zezhawa Valley.

This is a long stretch of valley. Normally, this is the first destination to go and walk downhill for the famous lakes.

This is within the park and I have misgivings about how I did the daytrip. I did arrive in the park early morning and had decided to take the bus all the way to the primeval forest at the top spur. Along the way there was low level clouds which gave a mysterious feel to the lakes and not realizing that this is only seen in the early morning past up on those photo opps. If you are a photographer take that bus, but the minute you see the photo pop get off and take the photo because that overlying fog/mist will change fast.
