We got there at 3 o'clock. First we saw the mountain and the killing cave. There wasn't that much English information, but it was a fine short hike. The bats got out at 5:30 pm, and it was a really impressive view. I would definitely...More

The night I went, a large crowd waited looking up at the main cave, but then we discovered that the bats were leaving behind the mountain so everyone rushed to the new spot. Unfortunately, it was too dark to get a good view, although what...More

The killing caves at the middle of the mountain reminds us the brutality of Khmer Rouge. The temple and Pagoda at the summit are nice and interesting.Thousands of bats leaving their cave at the dusk is an awesome phenomenon.

The trip out t9 the Bat Cave (there is only one) is well worth the trip by Tuk-Tuk. This whole trip should only take a couple of hours because you only need to be there for dusk when the bats leave the cave for their...More

Got here after long hot day sightseeing. Just sat down at the bar chairs along the side of road. Get there early 5.30 at least. Have a few beers or coconut until the first of the bats start to fly. (6ish)

We hiked up to the killing caves beforehand so were happy to sit at one of the stalls beneath the bat cave for a drink while we waited for the bats to come out at dusk. Tonnes of little bats all flew out. Nice sight...More

Impressive natural phenomenon. Easy to reach by moto/remork. Little foodstalls, and lots of plastic chairs, a bit touristic but a pleasant vibe!

Well worth seeing.. 5-6 million bats flying out of the cave for almost an hour.. We sat and had a beer at the restaurant below the cave. Can thoroughly recommend this visit.

We visted here as part of our tour using the company DJ's tuk tuk (highly recommended) Around 5.45pm each day, millions of bats leave the cave to find food. We visted this cave and another cave nearby (where there were no tourists) we managed to...More

It's really fiddly to use the pin-drop to set up a location on GoogleMaps. And I've heard many business owners complain that it is IMPOSSIBLE to change a map listing once it's been set because of a very long-standing (but I... More
