    Fantastic day out
Today we visited Aquapark Nessebar. It was THE best waterpark we've been to (compared to Costa del Sol, Portugal, Majorica, Tenerife). I'll outline the reasons below: 🌊 The slides were in clusters (like in pic below) which meant we weren't running about across hot surfaces for long 🌊 All the slides had indoor staircases... no queuing in the blistering heat 🌊 Despite going on a Friday in July, the queues were short (apart from Space Shuttle, was about 45 mins) and rings available for every slide without having to wait 🌊 Slides were first class, we loved them all. All were well maintained. It felt like safety was a priority 🌊 Our kids are 12, 10 and 7 (over 130cm) and could go down 99% of slides (including all those in pic below, which is only a small section of whats available!) Lots of ring/tube slides which we loved. There is also a huge choice of pools, slides for younger children 🌊 Lockers 5 lev 🌊 Food was so cheap! The dearest thing I saw on the menu was a double cheeseburger meal for 14.99 lev. The pizza slices were 👌😋 and less than 7 lev, including a soft drink 🌊 You charge a wristband with money (via cash or card) when you arrive, then use this to pay for everything you need when there. No carrying money about 🌊 Sunbeds were free! There were also loads available all day and as the park is relatively new, so are all the beds and umbrellas (one for every 4/5 beds) 🌊 The park was spotless. There were always people going about collecting rubbish and sweeping the ground 🌊 Lots of WCs all around the park 🌊 Helpful and friendly staff 🌊 Cheapest to book online... family of 5 went for 244 lev. Short queue for pre-booking 🌊 Free shuttle bus from around sunny beach and nesebar, however we took a taxi We are so glad we went!
Thank you! 💦 Our water slides and countless attractions are looking forward to welcoming you again! Have a great rest of the summer, Aquapark Nessebar Team

    Great fun day out
Free shuttle from Sunny beach (but do not mix it up with the local bus). Good value for money for a full day out. On arrival you are given a band which you put cash on, any money left at the end of the day is refunded. Lots of great slides for all ages and confidences. Some of the best slide we have been on. Be weary of people pushing in queues! Long queues for food and drink as you are not allowed to take anything in with you (bags are checked) food and drink is very reasonably priced . I would definitely recommend and would visit again.

    Action filled park
We stayed for a week at aqua paradise Hotel which adjoins. This meant we had easy access all week. This was fantastic as we could walk on to the park in swim wear and no bags. This water park is fantastic. It is well maintained, clean, has a great vibe and good layout. There are plenty of loungers although we didn't use these too much. Kicked off the flip-flops and jumped in the queues. Lockers and changing areas are available. A couple of bar and food options. Our hotel could use their all inclusive bands to get drinks and snack with no additional cost. For most slides the queues were reasonable. We were tactical for cobra and space shuttle as their queues did get long at peak times. Some people would hold the space for friends meaning a bit of queue jumping extended the wait time. The slides are graded black for extreme, red for medium and green for lighter. There are lots of slides that are rode with donut floats meaning children can go with you. There is also a lazy river and powerful wave pool. For younger children there is treasure island which we really enjoyed. I say younger children loosely as some of the slides were quick or very wet for me. My boys are 5 and 9 and they enjoyed it. It would not be suitable for much younger than this. As with all pool areas the walking areas van be slippy. Water shoes would work well. There is a fish foot spa. 10 lev for 15 mins. Ice creams cost 2.50 to 6 lev. Burgers and chips etc can also be bought. No need to bring floats or hoops and not many places to use these. It's an action park. We had a fantastic time and will be encouraging our friends to visit.
Thank you! 💦 Our water slides and countless attractions are looking forward to welcoming you again! Have a great rest of the summer, Aquapark Nessebar Team

    Fun day out, one issue
3.5 star - I visited a few days ago and there were even more slides than last time I came, which was fab. Queues were relatively short for most rides. Since entry is 60lv per person it would be nice to have a locker included rather than having to pay a further 10lv but still quite fairly priced for the amount of slides. Lots of food options and food was nice and affordable. My only issue with the park was with their new slide where you fall through a trapdoor. As this goes very fast, there is a part which uses your momentum to push you uphill. However, despite being tall enough, heavy enough and sat in the right position, I could not make it up the uphill bit - I went back down in reverse. I understand these things happen, which is why there was an emergency exit, which I had to climb out of. However, there was no lifeguard at this emergency exit, so I found it difficult and scary to climb out. After I came out, one lifeguard came up the steps quickly and made a joke to me, this makes me think he was supposed to be there but was somewhere else and had rushed over when he saw me. I asked why he hadn’t been there to help and he just shrugged. As much as I love this water park this just makes me worry from a safety perspective as I am a decent swimmer but if it had have been someone less confident or younger, this would have been a really scary situation for them where a lifeguard would have definitely been needed. Hopefully this is changed so lifeguards are always manning these exits!!
Thanks for choosing Aquapark Nessebar! 💦 It's true that the Looping Rockets are the trickiest slides in the Aquapark and require perfect body positioning, but we ensure you that your safety is guaranteed in any case.

Place to visit with young kids
Visited the Aqua park in July 2020. Because of Covid-19 the aqua park opening hours changed to keep open only one half of the park at a time. So in the morning the most advanced slides were open whereas the ones suitable for young children were open after 2pm, leaving only about 3.5 hours for fun rides. There is a children play area in the aqua park which was open the whole day but this was mainly for very little kids with tiny slides and fountains. Overall the park is ok but one thing that I found quite unusual, it was nearly impossible me to get the inflated rings anywhere. People carried them around everywhere and they could even be seen on the top of or behind the sun-beds, no one was leaving them at the bottom of the slides as anyone would have expected. Perhaps the park should supply more if these to ensure there is enough for everyone. Considering that the lark was only open between 2pm and 5.30pm, we spent quite a lot of time chasing the swim rings. On the positive side, the ticket price for after 2pm entry was well discounted. Everything else worked well - the lockers, the bar, the staff were very friendly.
Dear Vikeshka, Thank you for the time you have spent to share your review. If you have no mind we'll add a bit more information to your comment to be clear for the others who reads. As its written in our website, also before to enter in the Aquapark, this summer he water slides work sequentially. Half work from 10:00 to 13:45, and the other half work from 14:00 until the end of the working day. Any visitors after 14:00 will be able to use only the respective half of the slides for the day. The order of the sequence is determined at the beginning of the day. In our website, in the brochure and in the Aquapark we have map of the Aquapark whit a legend with the restrictions of the water slides. Even if you check it now in the website you would see that there are plenty water slides for kids every half time zone. Thank you very much for sharing what you have seen for the tubs. Yes, although the rules there are people who don't understand that the tubs are not for every one and for private use. Can you imagine if there are tubes for each one visitor? :) We'll be happy to welcome you again next summer when all we hope to work on a normal way and the emotions will be higher because of the new attractions. Follow us on Facebook and you will be among the first to hear the news for next summer. Kind regards,

    Very big queues
There is a big queue on almost all of the slides with inflatable tubes (boats). On some queues you have to wait for 30 min or an hour and this was on a week day. There is a big queue also on the way to enter the park, then on the way to get a vault for personal belongings, then on the way to load you “watch” with money. There are big queues for the restaurants for pretty much the whole day. For a whole day I managed to get to slide about 15 times, which was not enough at all. The sliding inflatable tubes were in deficit. You have to wait in queue for a single or double tube on the end of every slide to get it from another person. Nevertheless, the park itself is very big, beautiful and entertaining, but the organization is terrible and the park is not supposed to accommodate so many people. There has to be a maximum number of people to attend the park. However the people inside the park. the day I visited it, were too many compared to the capacity of the park.

    Good, but not the best
There is nice place, but not modern. For me is missunderstood to pay for locker!!! Locker are closing by oldfashioned key! Every other places I was visiting have electronic system. Payments in poolbar they know how get using electronic chip. The next thing is that meters, which told how tall is child are different near cash desk and on the slides. When I buy ticket my girl have 130cm but on slides she hasn't and she couldn't slide. Staff wasn't interested that I bought ticket for child over 130 and my doughter can swimm. I think there is many better places like this to go- for example Suntago (we was here 2 weeks ago). From good things - they have absolutely great frappucino with ice-cream and prices of food are quite low. Also you can take fruits and drinks with you, and if you have something else to eat in your bag, they give it Black, when you leave aquapark
Dear Elzbieta, thank you very much for the comment! Yes, the system for the lockers is old fashioned and we have planned to change it. Unfortunately among the other expenses still cant keep the resours for that. We hope next year to can change it. For sure we'll check the differences for the meters to make them equal. What you had to do in this case is to ask to talk with the Quality manager or the manager of the lifeguards. The boys at the waterslides just keep the rules. Thank you again for the shared comment! We wish you happy summer!

    Aqua Nightmare or que Heaven
Got there around 10:45 queuing to get in got in joined the que to load money on to the wristband. Joined the queuing to get a locker. Walked around and every big ride was queuing to get a ring to join a ride que. Headed for a less popular ride 20 minutes queuing. Happened upon a free ring for the cobra ride so joined the que 1 hour 10 minutes queuing. Was now almost 2pm and we had been on 2 rides. Had to que for food then decided enough was enough and left utter waste of money.

    Total disappointment.
Terrible water park with poor organization. Until 2pm only half of the slides are open. And generally only some of the attractions are available. The waiting time in queues for the attractions unacceptable. The number of inflated rings not enough and many rings with patches, deflated. The organization of queues for slides terrible, you stand in the queue with no information for which partucular attraction. The quality of food in a snack bar terrible. The wrist watch fell apart in pieces when handed over by the cashier at the entrance. The inside of the lockers with some rubbish. The only good moment was the Tsunami slide but it was totally not worth BGN 40 of entrance fee.
Dear Zachaariah, Thank you for the time you have spent to share your opinion. Seems you are among the 1% visitor who are totally unhappy and didn't liked anything in our Aquapark. We are sorry about it, but we know that the people's expectations are different, so there are such like you. We hope the rest of your vacation has been happy and satisfied all your expectations. Great day out - best water park here
Been coming here for years and it’s still a fantastic day out. They have built some new slides which are fantastic but the queue can get long so we headed there as soon as it opened and they wasn’t too bad. Big new splash pool for the younger kids which was great but be careful as it’s slippery. The relaxing pool with the cabanas is beautiful and kept very clean. The food is also reasonable 10lev for kebab and drink, 6 lev for pizza and drink so they don’t rip you off. The midday show use to be very entertaining but it’s very boring now and just a load of dancers, but for the kids the rides are superb, pools are great and it’s very clean with plenty of life guards. Well worth a visit .

We were recommended the Nessebar aqua park by our hotel and it proved to be an epic family day out with kids aged 5 and 11. The aqua park was really quiet and we never had to queue, lifeguards everywhere, we were there during half term week also. I've never seen so many slides at one waterpark, apparently the most in Europe. Kids need to be at least 130cm tall for all the big slides. You load money onto a wrist band so you don't need to take cash around the park for food and drinks. Lockers cost 5 Lev. All the bars do a happy hour between 2-4pm, we had two Aperol Spritz for 10 Lev, about £4.50. our favourite rides were king cobra and river rafting, if your kids are not strong swimmers, take the offer of a full lifejacket when they switch on the river rapids! There are also plenty slides for young kids.

Visited on the 16th for my son's birthday and it was absolutely great. There was 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids, 9, 11, 13 and 13. The queues weren't too bad and the stairs are enclosed so you're not standing in the blazing heat. It's great how you put money on your wrist band to pay and get it refunded at the end of the day. Loads of slides for everyone, my 11 year old was more daring than me!!! Treasure island was great for them all too, no queues there at all. Lifeguards were fantastic and stopped people from keeping rings and from queue jumping. It was the kids favourite part of the holiday. Food is a bargain! 5.99lev for pizza and a drink. Happy hour in the pool bar 2 - 4pm where you can also watch the stage show. Loads of sunbeds to dump your stuff and as you can hire lockers 5lev and put money on your wrist band, no need to worry about leaving anything lying about. If you have younger kids then head to treasure island

Great waterpark we had so much fun on all the slides. Queue's were fast except for Space Mountain which was over 2 hours and definitely not worth it! Lots of queue jumping on this ride too & its so slow I kept stopping & had to push myself. I missed lots of other great slides waiting for this so don't bother if the queue is huge. Best rides in our opinion were were Cobra , large blue one next to it (can't remember name) Rocket & Kamikaze (although kids under 14 are not allowed on this & they are on taller versions in other countries just be aware to avoid disappointment). There are several that only people over 60kg & tall can go on; great for adult kids as no queues! They even do vegan food. Good price meal deals & photos. Only downfalls are; no food shop and you cannot bring in snacks, water is ridiculously overpriced & cranky guy on way out who kept telling me to go away and who I had to argue to get money off wristband returned. All the other staff throughout the day were very nice & friendly. It was fun watching the dancers as we ate lunch & provided a party atmosphere. There is something for everyone at Actions; all our family aged 6 to 67 loved it. Handy free bus shuttle to pick you up & drop you off afterwards. I would highly recommend this waterpark & would return.
