The 2end biggest botanical garden in Europe after The Exotic garden in Monaco. It's a wonderful place. You have to visit it! And don't forget to visit the Palace.

Hello, from what I know the Palace and garden doesn't have a website. So an option would be to visit Balchik and get all the details on site

Not all around, just a part, mainly the upper part. For the bottom part, near the sea, you have to take the stairs.
