If you've ever been to Daytona beach in Florida, Atalaia is similar with its hard packed sand which makes it ideal for jogging and or running and walking along the beachfront. If your into surfing this beach also has some nice waves you can catch. There are also quite a few places on the beach were you can purchase food... More

Atalaia beach has no structure, so it makes very hard to spend the day at the beach. Although the water is very clean, it's brownish because the river meets the ocean

Best beach in Aracaju, good restaurants and bars. Good waves for surfing and bodysurfing and plenty of people to watch.

The sea can be a bit rough. The promenade is long and nice to walk on. There are some dodgy places along the coastline - we had concerns about health & safety. There was loud and annoying music played on the beach. Not safe to walk around in the evening.

Easy to park, safe and funny. There are plenty of options to enjoy, such as bars, restaurants, walks, nature expositions, etc.

This is the best beach I've ever been to in my life. You can find everything you need. It is quietest and safest beach in a capitol in Brazil. You can have a good time day ir night. The hotels prettier nice. Everything is locainalienable the strip, so you can walk everywhere. There are an enormous amount of bars with... More
