My wife and I booked São Paulo Executive Driver for a transfer from the center of São Paulo our to Paraty on the coast. The driver Renato and the vehicle, a large “sprinter-type” van, were both excellent for the 5-hour drive. We speak minimal Portuguese however with the drivers linguistic abilities, there was no barrier in communicating. The vehicle was comfortable with WiFi, seats that can recline back if needed, etc. For western travelers looking for overland travel with ease and in comfort in São Paulo, I’d highly recommend.

The tour manager came to pick us up from the hotel, he was on-time and very eloquent, explaining city details, history, etc as we went along driving through the streets of Sao Paulo. We learned about many interesting things, food, downtown, places, parks, and love the way that the tour developed throughout the day. I really recommend Gregtur. to nay person or group visiting this beautiful city.

Being in the South America for the first time for business, I decided to stay one day longer on my own and hire a private guide.
It was not cheap, but I had an awesome day! I was very lucky with my guide Denis, who perfectly adjusted to what I was interested in and was great company as well!
I had "built" my own tour by combining two half day tours being the eco tour and the city itself. The eco tour was awesome to see nature (and we had the park for ourselves as only guides were allowed that day). The city tour was also a pleasant surprise. I also learned a lot and really could "feel" SP a bit in a short period of time.
At the end of the day I was dropped off on time at the airport.
Very happy with my experience and highly recommend Denis!

We did a 6 hours São Paolo tour and it was really great. Our guide Joice was super nice and very knowledgable about the city. They tried to show is as much attractions as possible (due to last day of carnaval some roads were closed) but Joice and the driver made it possible to access all the attractions of the tour. We even could dance a little samba with the local carnaval crowd, a very authentic experience! Highly recommend booking this tour if you want to immerse yourself in this cool city and get to know about all its different faces.

Since my friend and I were in Sao Paulo for only 2 days, we decided to take the full day tour to get an overview of the city. Our tourguide Adi did a very good job at showing us some of the hotspots and also gave us an overview by telling us about a lot of other things that were not possible to squeeze into the tour! He was very knowledgeable and a very fun guy. I can really recommend the tour if you want to get a first idea about Sao Paulo!

For me the best tour operator and sightseeing agency in Sao Paulo. They offer a wide variety for everyone, from city, art or food tours to nature experiences. In just a moment they also organized a private tour for me. The owner as well as the tour guides in different cities are amazing, offer an excellent service and adjust to your wishes. I took some amazing tours with them in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Salvador da Bahia. And for sure I will visit some other places with them. Thank you very mucho Renato and team, you are the best!

Overall this was a good value tour mainly because the guide Bruno was terrific and very informative. Given the spreadout nature of Sao Paulo the tour managed to cover a great deal of what is interesting in the city and Bruno to explain its history. The small addition of time/stop for photo opps eg China/ Japanese street and external Cathedral would have made it a 5* tour

Danilo is exceptional. He went out of his way to accommodate our interests and needs. All of our trips, from visiting the city of São Paulo, spending a day at the beach, exploring coffee museum and brewery, to adventurous hike in the rainforest, were unique. He also gave us awesome recommendations for cuisines and restaurants. He made our visit to Brazil very memorable.
He is extremely trustworthy, personable, and professional. Danilo is fluent in English. He made us feel at home in a Portuguese-speaking foreign country. I would welcome the service again and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

We had booked too see a football match with Gregtur Tourism. They sent us all the information but had sent us the wrong meeting time. The time in our whatsapp said the meeting time was 16:30 and on get your guide it says 16:00. On the day we get a call at 14:35, saying we are not at the meeting point, I rang them back at 14:40 explaining the start time said 16:30 but we are ready to leave right away and could meet them at the stadium if that helped. They said it was too late and the guide had already left. So 10 minutes after the actual meet up time and they apparently couldn’t do anything to help us which was very disappointing considering it was due to a fault of theirs. I personally feel the company could have done a lot more but it felt as if they did not want to help. The transportation could have picked us up considering it had only been 10 minutes since the meet up time, the guide could have waited at the stadium for us as we had offered to get an uber and meet them there. No matter how many options we suggested to help fix the problem they had caused, they did not want to know. So we didn’t end up getting to go to the game. I would not recommend this company and am very disappointed with the service we received.

Upon realizing the mistake, we attempted to find a solution, but given the timing and the nature of the event—a derby match with significant attendance and heightened security measures—our options were unfortunately limited.
We want to clarify that we did offer a full refund immediately upon recognizing our error. Additionally, in an effort to make amends, we proposed complimentary tours as a gesture of goodwill. Throughout this process, we maintained open communication, trying our best to address the situation promptly and effectively.
This incident is not reflective of our usual standards of service. We pride ourselves on our commitment to our customers and are saddened that we were unable to provide you with the experience you were looking forward to. The ideal duration leaving from GRU airport is at least 5 hours. As GRU airport is about 30 to 40 minutes each way from the main part of São Paulo, it would not be worth too short time duration.
If you were weekend, I think 4 hours it would be alright, but weekdays it would not be a good experience just 4 hours.
On the way from GRU to the main part of Sao Paulo, the guide would be giving you general information to help you to understand our the dynamic of our city.

For this tour, the tourists are supposed to meet the guide and vehicle at two meeting points. Hotel Gran Estanplaza at 9:30 or hotel Unique at 10:00.
We can send a private vehicle to pick you at your hotel and drive to the meeting point location, but it would cost more than if you just take a taxi or a UBER from your hotel.
