And quite some exercise it is! Follow an interesting trail through the rest of the Atlantic Rain forest, until its peak of 1,227 meters, São Paulo's highest point to visit. When you go early morning, chances are you will be able to observe some wildlife, besides some great flora, and breathtaking views, once you make it to the top ;-)... More

It's the most spectacular view of SP and the northern suburbs you will find. Easy drive to the top with parking although maybe not on a Sunday or holiday. Serious set of stairs to climb up to viewing platforms beneath antenna complex but the view is worth it. Awesome view of the Urubu buzzards sailing by on the up drafts... More

Fantastic views and beautiful walk through nature to the top, we saw a number of cute monkeys on the way! It is steep so walking shoes are required.

Great view of the city and option to go up by walking where suddenly you can meet some little monkeys made the day for my kids. You can also see some native Indians that live close by. Having free time is a good place to check.

I have visited the peak several times bringing out of town guests here to get a view of the city. There is a 360 degree view of the city from the top and it really gives you a perspective of how large the city is. You can see how the area is surrounded by mountains and on a clear day... More

São Paulo is a megalopolis with limited options for nature recreation. This is one of them. The park, like many others, has had its infrastructure deteriorated. There is not any visitor support to speak of. Getting to the park you have to drive through some areas that are not that nice but once in the park, you are insulated from... More
