True to its name, Hotel Unique is very unique and is a sort of a fun house of the hotel designer/owner's personal whims - all are carefully selected by him. The staff are warm and friendly and happy to help. The views from the rooftop restaurant/bar/pool area are some of the best in the city and beautiful people gather there... More

The rooms are nice, modern, clean and fresh. Staff nice. Location is nice since its walking distance to Ibirapuera Park and public transport easy to catch. Has a scenic rooftop restaurant with amazing view. Food not cheap and usually crowded.

In March 2013. While we didn't actually visit the hotel, we went to the roof top bar, Skey Bar which is accessed from the hotel first floor. The hotel is very unique in that it's shaped like a ship's hull. very interesting.

We were day visitors to the sky bar. The structure is something else. Panoramic views, but if there are hotel guests at the pool, you'll have to wait until they've left to grab your panoramic photographs. Breathtaking views. Expensive menu about R$32 for a standard cocktail, but you are paying for the views. Friendly staff.

Great Hotel, and the restaurant on the top floor was excellent. The service, food, atmosphere, everything was superb. The sommelier was very helpful choosing the wine, all very friendly.

Located in a quiet residential-like neighborhood, which is good as the area is supposed to be pretty safe and clean. Walkable go a large park and several nice restaurants in the area. Room was on the smaller side considering how much space the hotel is built on and the decor probably tries a little too hard to be modern looking.... More

The first look of the building is very impressive. The lobby is imposing too. The restaurant has food better than average, rather expensive but any deficiencies are compensated by nice views and good decoration.

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
