Neighborhood: Sé
Sé, which derives its name from Sé Square, is a central neighborhood in historic São Paulo. Close by, the Law School, the Museum of the Court of Justice and the Metropolitan Cathedral offer inspiring architecture. If you are looking for cultural activities, head to Caixa Cultural and check the schedule. In the area there is a popular pedestrian street called “Rua Direita”, one of the first streets in the region, which today marks the crowded perimeter. Sé is a great area to explore during daytime, but use caution if visiting alone at night.

This place is definetely expensive. The premium brands dominate most oh the stores on each floors. I guess only the food court is regular on prices, anything else tend to cost. Very well located this place is great for entertainment as well.

This beautiful mall was very close to our hotel, so it was the first place We visited in Sao paulo. There was an exchange on the lowest floor with a reasonable rate(compared to the hotel or airport). Then I went to Claro and got a visitor SIM for my cellphone. The process of configuring the SIM by Claro staph was lengthy but access to the internet and Google maps is what I really need when I am exploring a large city. We felt that prices were fare in most stores. Very good restaurants and fast foods on the top floor.

For sure it's one of the best malls in São Paulo. Not so big, never too crowded, and by having no metro or train stations around you end up finding mostly the people from the neighborhood, which in my view is very positive. Recommended!

This shopping centre was much bigger than I expected, I'd even say it was huge. 5 floors and very nice. There were some high end shops like Burberry and Kate Spade, and none of the cheap international chains like C&A, but a lot in the middle. There's a food court and cinema on the top floor, and scattered eateries and cafes throughout. I even found a tea shop (uncommon in Brazil).
I wouldn't go out of my way to go there though, as I'm sure the other centres are quite similar.
I was advised to go to Morumbi by a local, as it's bigger and has a good range, plus Morumbi is on the metro. But I was staying just 15-20 min walk from Patio Higienopolis, so I decided to explore the neighbourhood and I'm glad I did. The area is just lovely. I also popped in to the nearby Parque Buenos Aires, just a couple of blocks away, which was so peaceful.
If you're new to Brazil and looking for bargains, you'd best shop outside the centres. I scored some great clothes walking down Avenida Higienopolis on my way to the shopping centre and didn't actually buy anything inside.

Brazil does Christmas BIG. The decorations here are pretty spectacular and worth dropping by for.
A good shopping centre with a variety of stores and places to eat. A mix of designer and lower end retailers.

I completely love this mall. It‘s a pleasant and beautiful place, with excellent restaurants, movies, theater and amazing stores. I live in the neighborhood and I don‘t need to go to another mall. Things there are a little bit expensive but this is related to the location and good brands that are sold in the mall.

Pátio Higienópolis is a very beautiful, charming well-located and complete mall with good entertainment (theater/cinema), a gym, a supermarket, stylish stores, great bookstores and nice places to eat - from small cafes to big restaurants. A place to feel safe, comfortable and looking forward to the next visit. Simply perfect!

Nice family place for shopping, it gets the Higienopolis spirit, in patio you can enjoy excellent coffee at Santo Grao or excellent pizza burger at Forneria all of this in an unusual quietness for crazy São Paulo.
I was there alone, with friends, family or business meeting ... never disappointed !
