As one of the newer parks in São Paulo, Parque Villa-Lobos still has a while before it becomes a mature, shady gem like Parque do Ibirapuera. Still, with ample green space and the lively Villa Ambiental (Environmental Village) educational play space for kids, there's plenty for everyone in the family to enjoy. Bike rentals, jogging trails and coconut water vendors are but a few of the park's amenities. And it's sure to be less crowded than Ibirapuera any day.

This park, closer to home, is a great project, because it used to be abandoned, and now almost 14 year later, totally revitalized, trees grew taller, more shadows to enjoy a great picnic day, jog, run, skate, whatever pleases you, its awesome!
