It is the most well maintained and maintained public space by the Jundiaí City Hall and its employees. It has several beautiful theme gardens and is very worth visiting and knowing. It is very nice to walk the trails available, or sit on one of the benches to enjoy the beautiful scenery that enchants those visiting the place. Today found a white heron that lives there. So beautiful.

My expectations for this park were not too high, based on the reviews that only mention that is a nice park to walk. Nevertheless, in combination with the parque da cidade I thought it was worth a try and I spent the >2 hour train trip from Santo André to get here around 11.00. Not the best time. At first I saw some pretty common birds. Then, there was a kingfisher flying over the pond, apparently coming from the waterfall part. I couldn't get a picture of it. I noticed many small lizzards. Then, at the top of the hill I noticed three yellow woodpeckers below me. They flew away every time I pointed my camera at them, but nonetheless I got a picture of two of them. While pursuing them, two red-headed woodpeckers (I still have to look up their names) came flying in. Walking the trilha do macaco for a second time, I saw the monkeys. Altogether, a very satisfying walk here.

This park is a wonderful place to visit. We strolled around the park for several hours enjoying the various plants and animals. If you are a cyclist, there are plenty of places to ride.

city garden with flowers and nice lake. You can go for a little hiking, walk or have a nice picknick. It is located in the city, although once you enter you feel being far away from the daily crowd. The park is connecting with another entertainment open air park and is reachable by foot or you can exit the city garden and go by car.

We love to visit the Jardim Botanico when we visit our in-laws. It's a really pleasant walk with plenty of trees for shade on hot days. It's fun to see the monkeys on the trails and there's also a trail for butterflies but we haven't gone at the right time of day to see the butterflies out.

This is one of our favorite places around. It is really nice for a stroll on the weekend or any other time really. You can easily see the Macacos there. It is free - From the Jardim Botanico you can also walk (or bike) to the City Park.
