Nice rural setting
Aug 2017
This is a picturesque road, featuring modest country houses, and a couple of streams, many, trees, and beautiful gardens and orchards. Just a half-hour drive from Joinville, the road offers a couple of week-end restaurants serving regional food.

Beautiful scenery
Sep 2017 • Family
Very close to Joinville (15min), lovely view and great for a walk with family. Nice bridge with a river (Rio Bonito). Great for a small picnic, probably preferable to local cuisine.

Great nature area
Jul 2016 • Friends
Great place to take a quick walk around. We brought some wine to drink and food and had a lil picnic while the kids played on the rocks in the stream.

Played with a couple cows. Be careful one was a lil ornery... :)

Nature'a best
I've been there several times by car/bicycle and I could enjoy every time because the nature here is almost untouchable. I'd probably recommend you to see it in a sunny day.

A typical scenario of southern Brazil, where German settlements of the 19th and early 20th century can still be seen. A good place to visit on a sunny day, but in the summer (December to March), it is advisable to bring insect repellent, hat and sunscreen, especially if you take small children or want to go fishing or picnic. At some points, it is possible to cross the calm lowland river, walking on the stones. Nice and refreshing, but make sure you have comfortable and safe shoes (rubber sole). There are a couple of restaurants or cafes, many farms and rural scenes that are worth a stop. Along the road you can buy country goods, such as juices and fruits, jams, cookies, breads, biscuits, butter, cheese, eggs, sausage, all home made by the settlers that live there.

Is a beautiful place to visit. You will find some farm, river, falls... Wonderful sights to take a lot of pictures, some lagoon to fish and food made there, like cheese and jam.

Beautiful, but only this.
Jul 2013 • Couples
Recommended, but don`t go there with too much expectation. Simple, with nice restaurants, but nothing impressive.
The road is crowed on weekends.

Good for ecotourism
A bit of native rain forests, rural life and good food. Riding along this road means you'll come across local people tending their farms in a bucolic scenery. Charming place.
