It's one of the beaches we love most and never stop going to. We felt a connection with nature in this place. It is desert so we recommend that you do not leave objects visible in the car or on the sand. Take as few items to the beach as possible. We visited years ago, stayed for several hours and nothing happened. We ate our snack, changed our clothes, took a photo and had fun. Let's go to relax without rushing. We never go in the late afternoon because we will watch the sunset on other beaches.

What an amazing stretch of unspoiled beach! My favorite. No buildings, no food carts, it’s simply bring your own. It’s about 400m down a dirt road off SC-406. It’s special and not to be missed!

this beach is 400 meters from Formanaba so is so easy to go for morning walks or anytime of the day - a jewel - amazed that it is preserved as a park with no vendors or businesses

Beautiful beach and scenery. For me its the best beach in Florianopolis. Native, deserted in some parts and lots of hiking and exploring. Its also a surf spot. The water is clean and clear. Picnic areas under the trees as well.

The entrance to the beach feels like you're on a reserve but not so far from the main road. In fact it is close to one of the reservation in the area which is also worth a visit. When you get to the beach you see the fantastic waves and they make you rush towards it. Unlike other beaches nearby it's not crowded with vendors trying to sell you things so it is a plus. The temperature of the water is just perfect. Towards the evening you can watch some local catching crabs for dinner.
As it's almost an isolated beach, we were warm to pack up and leave as soon as the life guards close as the beach can be a hunting ground for thieves. So no watching the sun set here. All in all, it's a great beach not to be missed.

At the time of visit it was too cold to have a bath and for 7 days we drove around the island fascinated with beautiful sand beaches. I believe that the most impressive was this one! Maybe for its size, maybe for wildness or absence of anything man made (except for signs to protect the nature).
There are lots of reasons to return to the island but surely Praia do Mocambique is the first on the list.

The Moçambique Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Floripa. It is full of nature, you see no buildings and it is really chilling. Also a good option for surfing! Keep an eye in your car!

As the access over a bumpy forest road seems endless and discouraging, but well worth the trouble. Praia de Mocambique is one of the longest beaches on the ocean front, clean and not overrun by tourists during the high season like most other beaches. Ideal for lonely young couples in love.

alguém poderia me dizer como é a trilha?
