Best Beach in Floripa!

This beach is very quiet, great to rest, not crowded, big waves (lots of fun to swim), it is possible to rent some chairs and umbrellas.... staff is friendly and definetly a must see in Floripa if you want to escape from the crowded beaches!

Another Beautiful Beach discovered!

Beautiful beach on the south side of the island. Not over-developed, peaceful, and quiet. The ocean floor is pretty level and easy to walk on!

This is truly a beach for couples or for people seeking for privacy. The houses near it are very beautiful and the beach itself is very close to the forest. I enjoyed it a lot.

Solidão, as the beach's name tells is nice when you want really to relax, normally there aren't many people there.

Nice beach

A nice beach but does not compare with the best beaches on the island (for example, Matadeiro). There are few facilities and restaurants.

A calm beach in the south of the Island

Solidao beach is next beach after Pantano do Sul, south direction. It is a calm place with a beautiful landscape. One of the highlights is the Solidao waterfall, accessible after a easy 30 min hike.

I lived in Brazil in 2003 and this is the beach I would come to when I wanted some time to think or be alone. It is beautiful and uncrowded.

My Favorite beach in Florianópolis!

If you want a calm beach you should go to the Solidão beach. The sea is clean and clear, there is a large margin of sand, plenty space to play soccer, frescobol or volleyball. In a 10 minutes walking trail into the woods you can find a small and beatiful waterfall, also!
