The beach is narrow. Sea is calm, good for swimming. If you walk west for 20 or 30 minutes, you can reach pontal. That wild part of the beach has also some mangues near the shore.

Excellent beach with shallow water a good ways out. On the lee side of the island so safe for children. Very popular so prepare for parking challenges and loud crowds.

It's a nice beach but there was a lot of little dead fishes. It's calm and the beach has a good structure to tourists. The prices in the beach is ok.

Lesser known wonders-best Spanish tutor, fresh pasta & steak (0 Replies)
Our wonderful adventure in Buenos Aires is coming to an end. I would like to thank all of the posters who helped us plan our trip and make some recommendations of our own. This first part of this trip report is on lesser known wonders that deserve recognition. I wish I had know about these ones on arrival. We started the trip taking classes at the Daniela Wasser institute and it did improve our Spanish but the quality of the teaching varies depending on the instructor, it was very...More
