For me the beer museum is one of the must do things to do I'm Blumenau. It tells a lot about the history of beer brewing in Brazil as well as in general. Enjoy a visit and then take some local beer specialties in the store next to the museum or try some more at the restaurant nearby.

This could have been a much better experience had they actually sold some beer or beer related items. A decent selection of old beer making machines and some information on old breweries in the region but not much else to look at. It took about 10 minutes to look around so to make a visit form another town just to visit this place will leave you disappointed.

Blumenau is considered the beer capital of Brazil, and this little jewel of a museum shows the history of brewing and breweries in this region. Very interesting artifacts. Check out the restaurant across the plaza - great beer! Oktoberfest is next!

Nice museum. It's kind of small, but it shows lots of related items and they also show some movies about beer. Oh yeah, you can have some beer at a nearby bar.

Beer and wine, beautiful atmosphere, great service, and a lovely square facing the riverside, so clean and peaceful, relaxing and they have a speciality codfish cake with Serra cheese filling to die for

Stopped to have lunch but very disappointing. Frozen Squid, Cold Soup, Expensive Bread - 2 rolls 4.95 and Butter charged on top at 3.50
Certainly not where I would recommend.
Rude and unhelpful staff

In this museum you can walk through the aisles to see the old machinery that was used to produce beer. To understand even better the story of how beer was produced it is nice to watch the video they have available. In a few minutes you are in and out. It is not a fancy museum, but it's history.

The museum shows the beer production process, also comparing old-fashioned and modern modeling machines, very interesting. You can see all equipment used in brewery. The museum is free of charge.

Small, free of charge museum celebrating the evolution of beer. Good place to find out about upcoming events, particularly in the run-up to Oktoberfest which is well celebrated in the area.

If you happen to be in Blumenau and have a few minutes to spare, it is worth to stop by and check this small museum out. Don't go out of your way to come here.
The restaurant next to the museum has a very nice buffet for lunch.

Tem ou não degustação de cervejas?
Written January 6, 2015
Olá José, como já foi respondido, lá não tem. Mas vale mesmo a pena. Comprei várias cervejas caseiras na Vila Germânica. São muito boas. Sempre recomendo aos parentes quando vão para trazerem um pequeno estoque.
