I'm a producer from São Paulo and we recently held a corporate event at the Hotel SPA do Vinho, located in Bento Gonçalves. I would like to express our deep satisfaction with the transportation services provided by JMI throughout the event.
From the beginning, JMI demonstrated a high level of attention, punctuality and excellence when taking care of the transportation of our guests who arrived through POA and Caxias do Sul airports to the hotel. In addition, they also managed the participants' logistics for Happy Hour at Casa Valduga and lunch at Mamma Gema.
The vehicles used, including cars, vans and minibuses, were new and were always available at least 30 minutes in advance of the agreed time. The drivers, in addition to being skilled professionals, were extremely friendly, polite and patient.
During the event, we faced several schedule changes and vehicle additions, and JMI handled these situations efficiently and without any problems. I would like to give special thanks to Jeronimo and Mari who organized all the cars and adjusted the schedules with great proactivity and friendliness. I don't know how they didn't go crazy with so many changes throughout the event lol.
Honestly, I don't have enough words to express our gratitude for the effort and commitment of the entire JMI team. Finding such dedicated and competent professionals is a rarity these days. Congratulations and once again, thank you for making a difference and making our event memorable.

Após buscar informações, até mesmo na Tripadivisor, optei por contratar os serviços desta empresa, mais a decepção foi total. De Porto Alegre a Gramado, foi sensacional. O motorista sr. Juliano,foi formidável, muito atencioso. O problema aconteceu ao retornar de Gramado,fui surpreendido no Hotel com um carro de um parceiro desta empresa, por sinal sem comprometimento nenhum com excelência ao cliente. Um carro horrível, não avaliaram que eu estava com criança. Péssimo serviço. Me surpreendeu que seus carros são todos a Gás, em uma avaliação rápida, parece que eles já tem um lucro satisfatório, dispensando as parcerias de retorno com outra empresa.(sem comprometimento por sinal) Lamento, tinha tudo p/ ser um passeio inesquecível. Não Indico, Jamais.

Simplesmente sensacional.

Dono e motorista da empresa além de não cumprir o combinado dirigiu embriagado e tivemos que solicitar que o mesmo parasse ou arrumasse outro motorista pois estávamos correndo risco de vida. Tentou abandonar os passageiros em um ponto para que os mesmos se virassem em busca de novo transporte. Estamos tomando as devidas providências jurídicas.
