Interesting place, but very expensive and abusive. That's the main thing to know.
That said, if you have never seen snow, it's interesting, it gives a feeling close to the real one. The place is fun and with good structure.
However, I will never come back and still have doubts whether it was worth it or not to go today.
Starting with the very expensive price. The people of Gramado lost their hands on prices, but Snowland went far in it. If you follow the recommendations of the place, make the optional ones and eat around, the tour costs more than R$2,000 for 4 people, and can even reach R$3,000 in a visit - make the bills!
The value of R$319 per person only to enter is already quite high, but there are the extras: you have to pay to do the activities like skiing and even the cabinets have to pay R$35 (absurd, right?). Besides, they just make it even clear how cold it is when you're in there and try to sell cold accessories at clearly abusive prices.
Once inside, we had difficulty understanding where to go and what to do and lacking staff to clarify. There were only two free attractions (2 boys to slip), the third was closed. For skiing, there are more R$160, that is, there are almost R$500 of tickets and activities, not counting the closet, food and extra clothing that only finds real need there.
We only went to one activity, because the queue was too long. The employee who puts you in the bow and pushed had to stop 2x go talk to the queue because there were children not high to go and did not have enough instruction before entering the maze - because it was what I mentioned, there are no employees and instructions in the whole park.
The queue to pay R$35 from the closet is big and did not have enough closets - had to wait for somebody to return.
My mother is an elderly person and she was wearing bengalas, there were not enough instructions or any help. To enter was quiet, but at the time of leaving she had to descend a super steep ramp and then climb stairs.
Official parking is expensive (like everything there) and far away. Since I had to take my mother to the door, I found a parking place next to the entrance and cheaper.
The skating performance, which is unique of the day, takes place without any comfort, with people crowded in the grids. Still, she's pretty.
The skating queue is huge. You couldn't even go.
After all, we all know that tourist attractions are expensive, but I think Snowland lost a lot of hand in the prices and abuses of charging you very expensive and then what I consider a form of extortion by charging much more for other activities inside the park.
Is it worth it? I don't know. It's so expensive and you pay for everything - even a closet - that I don't know if it's worth it. You have to come prepared to spend much beyond the very expensive ticket and not have a service at the height. Anyway, if you want to see snow, you'll see. That's it.

We arrived when the park opened and stayed until closing. If you really want to enjoy it inside, I don't recommend arriving late. It's truly magical, the queues to get off the rides can be a little long, but it's worth every penny paid. In the warmer area there are several options for eating, snacks or lunch, and the prices are not abusive (a snack for two people with fries and hot chocolate was an average of 80 reais). Regarding the cold, we were well wrapped up underneath and you can stay calm inside, the coldest thing is on your face. I recommend that you only take your cell phone when entering the park, because if you have something like a bag or more valuable belongings, the luggage storage fee is 30 reais. A place to store shoes only is provided free of charge. To park, we parked the car in the parking lot next to the park, which makes a difference of 5 reais (we paid 25 for the whole day) and is much closer.

Very special place. Very good for getting to know the snow. It has some cool attractions and for those who like snow skating it is a good option. It could be a little bigger in the snow mountain part with other attractions. We loved the main show at the skating rink. A little expensive and I don't recommend coming with small children/babies as it is very close to the snowy mountain where there are attractions for them. I came in low season. If you come in high demand, it will be crowded and take a long time at the attractions.

Very fun park. When I entered, I thought I would leave very quickly, I thought it was small, but we ended up leaving almost at closing time. We arrived at Snowland about 30 minutes before it opened and there was already a long line. After the place opened, it took us another 30 minutes to enter. When we enter, we take the clothes that are arranged on hangers separated by size, and go to a collective area to get dressed. If you don't have enough clothes, there is a counter where you can change your clothes on the spot. It took me, I believe, another 1 hour to get dressed and actually enter the park because we had to change our clothes several times, or because the size varied so much and the shape didn't fit, the boots had loose velcro... but it worked. We left the hotel with lighter clothes and put on thermal clothes. There is the option of renting a closet for 30.00 to store our belongings. Inside the park we also faced a 20-minute queue for each attraction and we ended up staying there all day.

Tickets do not cover everything in the park, when you enter you discover that there is something to be charged separately. I bought a full ticket and found out inside that I would have to pay extra if I wanted to change sports (skiing to snowboarding).
Small space for the amount of customers they receive. Organization to receive customers confusing.
Snow Mountain's space for skiing and snowboarding gives the feeling that you are at the mercy of being run over or running over someone.
Despite going in low season (1st week of August, before the film festival), there was a long queue for skating and you can only skate for 10 minutes and need to return to the queue.
Very attentive and well-prepared snowboard and ski instructors. Restaurants and bathrooms meet your needs.

I went for the experience, but I couldn't stay long due to the extreme cold we felt in the place. It was so cold that we had to leave, as the tips of our fingers and toes were turning red. Whoever it is, be very well prepared. The thermal sensation there is -15°. The Yeti cave was the disappointment. You go in, someone takes a photo, you can't take a photo with your camera, and you only have access to the photo by paying and it's expensive. 120 reais for 5 digital photos or 50 each printed photo. And that. Enjoy

Came here family of four (two teens). The place is fairly large and overall quite organized given the hoards of people flowing in on a daily basis. Kudos to all the staff making it happen in a stressful environment. If you come early you avoid some of the worst queues. Equipments given out for the snow skiing area are of good quality and should keep you warm (you need proper wear underneath for the cold of minus 5 degrees Celsius). Don't go for the skiing when you are experienced. The slope is well constructed, but all is geared towards newbies. In the general area it's warmer and tough gear for the cold is not needed. The slide down on the rubber tire is fun despite the inevitable waiting in line. The pub is fine and heated. Prices are within reason. Wi-Fi is available. Just two negative points: After finishing up his introductory ski lesson for my 12 year old son he was left alone with no one to help him up on his snowboard in the middle of the slope. He got very frustrated and came down walking. The small ice ring was overcrowded with a queue of beyond 60 minutes. Missed out this one. Overall not bad, perhaps a bit overrated but certainly fun to experience some snow in a tropical country.

Really fun, everything inside is really expensive as you would expect for a theme park like this.
Inside is actually really cold, so bring warm socks and beanies. The most fun part is the ski and snowboard station. Is expensive and not included in the already expensive ticket but totaly worth it.

IT'S NOT WORTH GOING! Avoid this attraction in Gramado. Park completely unprepared to deal with PWD people, starting with parking which is outsourced to rude employees. I went to the extremely crowded park on Monday 12/04. I had the impression that there is no limit to the number of people selling tickets... as long as there are people buying, they will sell... I bought the ticket in advance online so as not to wait in line. Parking is not There were vacancies for PCDs. It was raining and the boy said that the distance to get to the park was 50 meters and we walked almost 500 meters in the rain. I imagine children with mobility difficulties and wheelchair users having to go down the 500 meter ramp without any cover. I tried to complain about what happened in the park's VIP room, but they didn't give me the proper attention. Ok, we went in and there was a huge queue because we had already bought tickets in advance. Upon entering we were faced with a crowd, there were no benches to sit and change clothes, there was a queue for everything from renting the locker to attaching gloves... chaos... it took us more than an hour just to do that. Few employees…, lack of information about the toys. You don’t know where the park starts and where it ends…terrible! Attractions where you have to climb a gigantic staircase. Because it was so crowded, I don't know if there was an elevator for PWDs or people with mobility difficulties. The park should warn and if there is a warning, I didn't see it. Anyway, very disorganized, very expensive tickets and employees unprepared to serve PCD do not go to this attraction! Not worth it!

The place is very pleasant, the experience with real snow is sensational, it's worth the visit... However, I draw your attention to the fact that they have a wonderful website and could inform you there that it is necessary to bring a hat and scarf, for example... They don't say this anywhere, such as the ticket, website and pamphlets, but when we get there right at the entrance we are told that the attraction is -15 degrees Celsius and that they strongly recommend using it and whoever didn't take it can buy it at their wonderful store. The ticket is very expensive, so you spend at least the amount of money on the hat, because it's really necessary. Very cold, even dressed warmly. In the snow part, there are more children's attractions and the only ones that are better for adults are also paid separately, another fortune. Outside the ice, you, as an adult, practically only have shops and food to buy... Adding up all the expenses in the park, you had to spend 1,200.00 between tickets, food and hats (3 people). Tip: bring strong warm clothing, a hat, socks and strong gloves to provide more protection, as you will only be notified when you get there. As I said, the experience is good and it's worth getting to know the park, the presentations that take place are also beautiful, especially the ice paring, it was excellent.
