The park is quite big and well maintained/ clean.
But not much for the kids to do here.
Few things like cable car needs to pay all separate.

It should have more things inside for people to do...
View is great but a bit boring.

Kids will have fun there BUT the gold digging will start right at the entrance. It is supported by law that the elderly are dismissed from paying tickets but the answer at the counter was "ok, so sue me". Take cash because they don't accept CC and you'll have to pay for every activity inside the park and believe me, they are not much worth it (a 3 minute transfer on train at R$ 10). IMPORTANT: Even though the attraction "snow" is right after the entrance, it supposed to be the last ride because your kids (so as mine) will get soaked and you'll end up buying extra t-shirts at the gift shop.

Santa Claus Village in Gramado is pretty and well organized and attracts attention in any person, whether child or adult. It is a large local and also has artificial snow. Who likes Christmas and Santa Claus is worth. Its no free.

It’s very dated. It was very empty, the staff appear uninterested except for the two Papa Noel’s. I’m sure in the 90’s it may have been cool. Now it’s like the owners are waiting to sell the land to a developer to build condominiums. Recommend giving it a miss unless it really is December!

It's a nice experience for young children to have a christmas experience. The place is well organized and big. It has lots of viewing things centered on Santa Claus.

I went last week with my 1 year old and my 6 year old.
Outside temperature was 4oC. None of the places has heaters.
We waited 25 minutes for the carrousel driver to come and he has never arrived. May be because this was free attraction.
Besides you pay to enter, inside the park, monorails is paid apart, little train (actually a tractor) is paid apart.
Place is full of stairs. I wasn't able to go to the different places with my little one in the cart. NO SUPPORT FOR WHEEL CHAIRS WHATSOEVER.
Best time to visit would be at sunset, but the place closes at 6:30pm on weekends (??)
We visited this place 4 years ago and nothing has changed from them to now, except for the deers.

We went there with the hole family. The place is beautiful but some parts of the park seem to be abandoned. The best place of the park is the toy factory but it's not clear where you can find Santa to take a picture and it's very difficult or impossible to find a member of the staff.

Disappointing. You pay around R$35, to visit a totally unstructured and poor maintained area. Come on, a theme park, with a great theme in a city full of tourists should be doing way better job. It is hard to walk on the place, because the path are broken, dolls ink are peeling and numerous other defects. Please do you homework, visit other parks to compare. Your price does not represent what you offer at all. Probably the worst attraction in town

I took my kids (6 and 9) to visit the place and they asked us to leave after 10 minutes. The place is “out of date”. Nothing interesting. Old things in a very “old” mentality place. Don´t waste your money and time

You have to pay to enter the park, then all of the rides are an additional cost. The park is in need of some major maintenance and upgrades!! Picture with Santa was nice (and free). There is also a nice lookout spot of the valley from inside the park. I'm not sure if I would reccomened visiting this place to a friend.
