We booked a day-long buggy tour, provided by Palula Turismo, and it was totally worth it! The dunes are beautiful (and quite fun to ride through), but the whole experience is filled with fun and inexpensive activities. The esquibunda was great, and my husband and I enjoyed taking turns sliding downhill with our six year old, but I think the... More

i remember the time we were at huacachina in ica, peru...this time on the other side of the continent... this place could be considered as a place for relax thanks to its natural surroundings afar from cities.

Do the buggy tour is an amazing day out you will love it. Prices are vary from 450 till 600 you got to nagociate. Be aware of little extras to pay like 10 to access one of the dunas and 30 for the farry to the north.

We booked with buggy tourismo - our buggy turned up an hour late and broken.. None of us on the tour were large people but we could not fit 3 of us in the back of the buggy as your supposed to. The dunes are really beautiful but sadly they are scared with litter, broken tatty fences and mostly tacky... More

Like the views and walking on the beach to the left, opposed to the dunes, more desert and no cars on the beach. Unfortunately there are lots of garbage too and the locals seemed to don't care.

Second time I've gone here and I'm coming back for sure!!! There are plenty of reviews on the awesomeness of the dunes but I wanted to take time and talk about one side activity you will encounter. You will be taken to a place that has 2 types of water rides, the skybunda, and the kamikaze for a fee (I... More
