This full-day tour of Rio de Janeiro with convenient hotel pickup is a popular choice for visitors with limited time in the area. Going with a guide means you hit all the city’s highlights without the stress of navigating and hear important context about landmarks along the route, including the Christ the Redeemer statue, Sugarloaf Mountain, and the Selarón Steps. Round out the tour with a well-deserved Brazilian-style lunch.

Interested in Brazilian music? "Bossa Nova", for example? Check "Sala Baden Powell" and its varied program. This a former cinema ("Cine Ricamar") converted into a theater at the very heart of Copacabana. Easily reachable by bus, taxi, subway (Rio's subway "Cardeal Arcoverde" Station is just some blocks away), or even walking. As the theater belongs to the city of Rio de Janeiro, tickets are sold, generally, at popular prices. Don't expect a modern theater comfort and superb sound quality, as the cinema was just converted, not fully renovated. Enjoy!
