I booked the hang gliding , parachute, and pedra da gavea hike through this company and all 3 events went seamless and smooth. they were very helpful and accommodating. all of their guides were professional and friendly. It made my trip here in Rio so much more enjoyable. highly recommend.

One of the best experiences during my holiday and exploring Rio. The Tijuca forest is beautiful and the paragliding gave the beat views. Our guides were wonderful lots of fun, friendly and very happy in there line of work which was comforting as it was our first time doing a paraglyde. As soon as me got down we would have gone straight up again. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to do something different and wanting to see some of the best views to do this. Amazing experience.

Hang gliding experience was efficient, of high quality, and felt like we were in great hands and safe the entire experience. Be prepared to fall in love with the Insta360 video footage they record during your flight. It will cost extra above the paid price, but is phenomenal footage and functionality to relive your experience over and over. Highly recommend.

I spent 3 days hiking Dois Iramos, Serra Órganos, and Ilha Grande with Alex. He is by far the very best outdoor guide I have ever had and I have done a lot of adventure travel. He’s very experienced and well-prepared. I had a fresh time and can’t wait to go back!

My wife wanted to go parachuting for her birthday. We originally intended to do it in Buenos Aires while there for a weekend but it turns out they have a weight limit that I could not qualify for. I contacted Rio adventures via WhatsApp on Saturday to see if they could accommodate us instead.
I received an immediate response to which I explained the situation. I only could go the next day. They told me they would see what they could arrange on short notice and within 30 minutes we had plans to jump the next day in Resende.
It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I had a small amount of anxiety because it requires a good deal of faith in the equipment and the instructors.
We were picked up in front of our apartment and shuttled to Resende. Our guide gave us a good rundown of what to expect and his own extensive jump history. Once on the plane I still felt the anxiety a little but with a little encouragement and humor, I felt confident and we jumped. WOW!! It was intense and I loved every second of it. We landed without issue and received our photos and videos.
There were women and men jumpers. One man proposed to his lady on the jump. I was impressed by the diversity of customers at the jump zone.
Everyone we met that day was professional and welcoming. The tour operator made sure we received what we were looking for and I was able to take my wife for the experience of a lifetime. She was ecstatic and in truth, is more courageous than me. Now we are discussing a course and enough jumps that we can eventually go solo and not tandem.
Seriously one of the best experiences of my life and highly recommended for those who love adrenaline and bonding with their partners. Rio adventures made it all happen on half a days notice, without any hassles and with competent instructors. I highly recommend them for activities if you are in the area.

We did the Sugarloaf hike. It was around a 4hr journey from start (base of Urca) and back (we rested a lot during the climb) . The first section is a wonderful easy walk around to the back of Sugarloaf. The next part is the climb, this involves some walking/climbing up very very steep rock sections (wear good shoes with good grip) and one section of a roped climb. We found this challenging but absolutely exhilarating! Once you get to the top of sugarloaf you spend sometime looking at the amazing view (the light was beautiful when we were there!) then get the first cable car to Urca (for free) then once at Urca you have the option of walking down or catching a final cable car for a fee. We chose to walk and this was a lovely walk.
I cannot stress enough how much we absolutely loved this trip! Both of us agreed and couldn’t stop discussing it.
The best part was our guide, Didi was wonderful. Extremely talented professional climber who looked after us so well. He answered all our questions about the area, Rio, Brazil… everything! He was absolutely lovely. We are so pleased we met him.
Do this hike. You must go with a tour guide- do not attempt it alone! Wear good shoes! Meet Didi!

Kayaked from Urca beach across the bay due to rough sea water. Never felt unsafe and had the best morning. The backdrop of Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf made the pics amazing. Highly recommend

Everything about this tour was amazing. Our driver (for the 2+hour drive to the river), Bruno told us much about the history of Brazil and Rio. It was like having two tours in one. When we arrived at the river, the guides were very friendly and hospitable. Even though the river was down a bit (no rain for 12 days before our trip) it was still a 2 to 3 difficulty with a couple of very nice rapids areas. I will do this again for sure when I come back!!

This company went above and beyond to make sure I had a great scuba trip. After an incident outside of their control, they did everything they could to get me on a scuba trip the next day due to my tight schedule and im so grateful! The team was very communicative and helpful the entire time.
As for the trip itself, it was phenomenal! My driver Fernando was prompt and extremely friendly, making the 3 hr drive to the port enjoyable. My scuba instructor (sorry I can’t remember her name!) was so patient and helpful, and ensured I had great dives.
Overall I highly recommend and will book again if I make it back to Rio!!

Highly recommend booking your adventures through this company. Our experience was nothing but exciting, professional, and very well coordinated. The staff was super helpful and even went above and beyond by suggestions other ideas around Rio and where to buy certain things. Great people!
