We walked along the stretch with the Etnias Mural which was impressive but only took a few minutes to view. Not much other artwork nearby.
Our taxi to the airport took us further up the boulevard and there was a very long stretch of street art, good to see from a taxi but not worth walking along it. Not convinced it would be that safe either.

This wall was painted on the occasion of the Rio Olympics and represents 5 faces for the 5 continents. The story is pretty good except that the colors are faded, I do not recognize the 5 continents and trees have grown in front ... If you look for them they are in front of the tram station. No detour for that advisable

If you like to see street art this is a very cool strip to walk down. Take an umbrella with you though there is not a lot of shade and it can get hot. Water is something else you should consider carrying. I took some pretty nice photos along this area and I enjoyed it much more than the actual attractions you will find around it.

Industrial area that was renovated for the Rio Olympics. Amazing murels, graffitti and old buildings to take pictures of. Adjacent to the Museum of Tomorrow (which looks stunning). Varius kiosks selling drinks and food in the area. Best to visit this area during day time hours only.

Short stroll from the future museum, I absolutely loved the artwork. It is fading and not so vibrant as others have shown but well worth checking out

It is located near of the Tomorrow's Museum. It is worth to walk in the street where the facades of old buildings has used for large and interesting graffities.

This place, near to the port, is a very nice place to discover, full of life and colours. It's worthy a promenade!

Boulevard Olimpico is aside from the Tomorrow's Museum. This place is the perfect place occasion to enjoy the nice view of the ocean, visit the museum and take a tour on the brand new trainwway.

Hola! Es seguro andar caminando por esa zona? Tipo al mediodia. Gracias

É perigoso portar câmera fotográfica no local? Qual recomendação para fazer fotos?
Written November 11, 2016
caro amigo,
