O Portal de entrada de Petrópolis é correto. Bem ao lado podemos encontrar um Centro de Informações turísticas. Nós, guias, costumamos parar por dois motivos: estacionar o veículo no qual estamos viajando, obter informações turísticas recentes, participar das estatísticas e caminhar até a Casa do Alemão para a parada técnica.

Es interesante conocer la vivienda de un emperador.-Los elementos son todos originales , y al ingreso te dan patines para no marcar e piso de marmol de carrara ni el roble de otros ambientes
Lo mas llamativo es la corona del emperador, el lugar esta oscuro y sólo iluminada la misma. En realidad son objetos a loa cuales no tenemos acceso sino es entrado alllí.- Tambien vi una cuna de oro, haciendo gala de lo que en realidad significa ..-
Ese palacio es recomendable para sacarse la curiosidad , ver muebles, el primer teléfono, las habitaciones de los miembros de la famlia.. No es para repetir, con una sola vez suficiente. Hay tambien otro lugar conocido como palacio de cristal pero ni vale la pena, es como un gran salon todo vidriado, Asi que de Petropolis la casa del emperador..

El palacio imperial de Petrópolis la residencia de la corte portuguesa, es una maravilla que conserva los enseres y muebles originales de los monarcas. El ticket es accesible y con descuento para mayores de 60 años. Lo más impresionante es la corona del emperador que se encuentra en una sala a oscuras sólo iluminada la corona. Hay que colocarse patines para conservar los hermosos pisos.El resto de la ciudad me agradó aunque poco la pude recorrer. Hay servicio de buses públicos que salen de la Rodoviaria y hacen el recorrido en algo más de una hora.

Bonito e acolhedor, recepciona todos os visitantes que chegam a cidade historica de Petropolis.
Bem ao lado tem um centro de informações turisticas que vale a pena consultar para não perder nenhum passeio importante!
Por todo lado tem história, tem beleza, pena que o governo está permitindo que várias areas, que em qualquer outro país seriam de preservação, serem sendo invadidas.

Antes do pórtico, que por sinal é um belo cartão de visita da cidade, vale uma parada na tradicional Casa do Alemão. Após pórtico, a bela vista é coroada com o Quitandinha!

O portal de entrada de Petrópolis é no bairro Quitandinha, onde tem o pórtico, nas cores e desenhos inspirado no Museu Imperial. Ali, estrategicamente localizado para quem não quer entrar na cidade, mas seguir para Belo Horizonte ou Brasília, você encontra a ótima Casa do Alemão e o Pavelka, bem como algumas lojas de couro, malhas e artesanato. É uma boa parada, nada mais do que isso.
