GATED

Our cab driver who took us to Ciuded del Este, Paraguay stopped here on the way back to our Pousada. It is gated and there is a guard who stops people from entering the grounds.

The tourism company and all tourism had to face a closed mosque because one of their members simply decided it would not open that day. You can visit (because the entrance does not cost money and just if you never saw a mosque in your life), but it is certainly not a 'necessary activity'. Nothing really to see there.

All respect to the Muslim community at Foz mosque. Certainly they are people of faith and spiritual objectives. Kind and tender reception are some of their virtues.

If you're are looking to know a little about the religion and their monuments go somewhere else. This is a pretty little mosk but nothing surprising.

Great to see a mosque and it is a huge mosque. Very friendly people at the mosque who welcome people of all faiths at the mosque.

We arrived in Foz around 2 p.m. and decided to make a City Tour. The Muslim mosque is a place you can go just in case you have some time left

It was a great disappointment. First, women are not allowed to wear shorts, however men are. Discrimination!!! Women are required to wear a head/arm scarf provided by the mosque. However, it is not a disposable scarf so you never know who was wearing it before you and how clean it is by the time you are supposed to wear it.... More
