Of all the walking yours in all the world, this one might be the best. Chaperoned by a knowledgeable and friendly English speaking guide we were able to explore the city known for its innovative urban planning much as it was intended, as pedestrians. Highly recommend this tour to those with some familiarity as well as those new to the city.

Less than average tour in a less than average city. Firstly, we had a little difficulty finding the tour as it started not in front of the theatre as stated but in front of the university building. Our guide(s) were OK but English wasn't great and my and I found ourselves zoning out a bit at what was being said a fair bit. We had a fairly large group with English and Portuguese speakers and with two guides it would've made sense to split up the groups to two rather than doing one language then the other as we did (apart from near to the end oddly when we did split up). The tour itself was quite good, seeing the main sights and getting some info (although after 10 minutes of them talking about the buses and public transport in Curitiba we started to realise there's not a whole lot to "see"). If you're feeling patient then I'd say go ahead with the tour (you do pay only for what you think it's worth), but you won't be missing out on much if you decide to do the city yourself.

We appreciate your feedback and we will try to improve for sure. Our tour is guided by volunteers and we try our best to share interesting facts about the city's downtown area, which is quite busy and has a lot of traffic, as you mentioned the buses. The area is quite pretty though, with lots of historical places. Kind regards!

We arrived late to the tour, and even though there was somebody talking to us via facebook giving us their exact location in a very friendly way. After that, we split to two groups- English and Portuguese. Most of the time we were walking together, what made us interact with the other group as well. The vibe of the tour and the guides themselves are very nice and give a lot of tips about the city! The tour itself doesn't hold a lot of historical information, there is nothing there you can't find online. But even though- it is totally a worthy experience and a very pleasant tour!
