What is nowadays a mall was once a railway station. For me this make the place more special. Because of it, there is a small museum inside a train at the mall. I've seen bigger malls with more stores. But what I like in this mall are the food options.

Beautiful shopping center with a lot of places to sit down. There is also the museo de ferrocarriles at one corner of the shopping center. Also there are many restaurants and places you can buy lunch or dinner.

I ate here a couple of times as my hotel was nearby and there was nothing else around. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the building's architecture and the variety of food options. Also, I was by myself but this would be a great place to bring kids, with the Train museum, play park, rental of mini cars, among others.…

The convenience of this Shopping Centre is for those travelling by interstate or intercity bus and need to kill some time btw 10:00 to 22:00, before heading to the Curitiba Main Bus Station (Rodoferroviaria). You can leave your luggage at the luggage storeroom (Rodoferroviaria) for $R8.00 (04/2018) [there is another more costly option self storage locker up to $R20.00] and the shopping is located 2 bus stops away or 15/20 minutes walk. The building is quite interesting amalgamation of the old and new architectural styles. Inside is quite modern and spacious. It is quite nice vib when you walk in. Shops in general are average whereas eateries is more targeting younger crowd. Perhaps two places like Madero and a BBQ place are the exceptions. Madero's burger is good, you can taste real meat... I am afraid there is no supermarket to buy fruits, snacks and the like for your trip. If it is not Monday you can go to Central Market, just opposite to the Bus Station, where you can buy fruits and other snacks for your trip...lol If you run low in cash, and if don't mind to be charged with those fees....then there is a bank called "Bradesco" where you can use your"debit card" to withdraw up to $R1,250.00, (04/2018). Make sure your card is part of Cirrus system, otherwise at third unsuccessful attempts the ATM will retain your card. So, IMHO, don't try more than twice in succession lol😊 After that, just sit and relax sipping your cool preferred drink (perhaps, a best) and watch the nature passes by...! Enjoy :)…

There are several stores (clothes, shoes, jewelry, bookstores, etc.), and many restaurants (Italian, Japanese, BBQ, Arabic, Brazilian, fast-food, etc.). There are some special things to do with kids as well (cinema, theater, etc.). And pets are welcome.
