Historic building, it was the city hall of Curitiba until 1969. It is been restored and transformed into a cultural center with a variety of activities. We heard something about opera.

Amazing Cafe! It is managed by the school of baristas of SESC. The Place was the old city hall and is very charming. Sometimes with live music. Also in front of the cafe is a flower market.

You must to take a coffee there. 1) for high quality coffee and service: the waiters and baristas are in training at Senac, who manages the municipal public space, and 2) the space was once the City Hall and also Museu Paranaense, which is now in Largo da Ordem.

This is possibly one of the best things to be seen in Curitiba. They invested millions in restoration, has a lovely, period cafe with good food and friendly staff.
