An amazing drive through the nature with beautiful greenery and colourful flowers during the season. The car drive is really enjoyable in the narrow pebbled road with hairpin bends. It was like being in Heaven.

The view on this road is definitely a reward from nature, you will literally go through the Mata Atlantica rainforest. This road is toll free, but not recommended if you're in a hurry or are not a confident driver.

Absolutely breathtaking views from this cobbled road. Hairpin bends as it snakes up the mountain towards Curitiba. Lined with hydrangea bushes - they had finished flowering when I was there, but will be gorgeous when in bloom!

Tour to Morretes and Estrada da Graciosa (3 Replies)
I have just returned from Curitiba, where I went for a business event, and picked up a pamphlet for this spectacular tour: down by train, lunch in Morretes, a short tour by van and the van takes you back to Curitiba. The company is called Osatur, telephone (41) 3015-1049. I do not represent the company in any way. Translation of the text on the pamphlet into English: Train trip between Curitiba and Morretes. Pickup at your hotel at 7 a.m., transfer to the train station. Arrival in...More
