Delicious beach, very clean and quiet. Great for bathing and spending the day in a beach club or restaurant foot in the sand. From there, catamaran tours go to the Seixas natural pools. For those who are João Pessoa, it is worth booking a day to know and stay on this beach enjoying the green sea.

Incredible beach. Calm, warm and peaceful waters to spend a day with the family safely, whether walking to Praia da Penha, Praia do Seixas or enjoying a snack with a beer. Ombrelone rental: R$ 30.00 for family with 5 chairs. (Barraca da Sil)
it was the beach chosen to "repeat" on the last day of our stay. We opted for the tranquility of the place. It is the easternmost beach in the Americas!!!!

Seixas Beach, in João Pessoa, is a charming and quiet place, perfect for those looking to relax in the middle of nature. In addition to its unique beauty, the region is special because it is the most eastern point of Brazil, where the sun rises first. On the way to the beach, a highlight is the mirante, which offers a stunning view, making the experience even more unforgettable.

Beach with a reasonable structure of tents. The sea is calmer when the tide is low and at higher tide it is a little rougher. Beautiful view with the cliffs forming the backdrop. Prices are fair and some stalls only charge for consumption.

Seixas Point, is the easternmost point in South America and therefore of both the American continents. Located in the Brazilian state of Paraiba near the capital city of Joao Pessoa,
The name of the point derives from a traditional family from Paraíba whose patriarch owned a rural property near to the site. This ancestor of Portuguese origin, surnamed Rodrigues Seixas, settled in Paraíba in the 17th century.
What I found amazing was that this geographic fact was not definitively established until September 5th, 1941. A lighthouse was constructed on a bluff very near here that most folks confuse as the actual point. Built in 1971, it offers the best view of the white sandy beach that is the Ponta.
Also located nearby is the Estação Cabo Branco (popularly known as the Estação Ciência or “Science Station”). The building was designed by the famed architect Oscar Niemeyer (the guy who designed the entire city of Brasilia, the Brazilian capital).
If you're a tourist in the area, this is definitely a place you should visit.

It has a beautiful beach, with some precarious service stalls! There is a charge for using chairs and umbrellas! We can see that the sea has already advanced towards the shore, where stone retaining walls have already been placed!

Of all the trips I've taken in the northeast, this was one of the best. We booked with Paraiba Travel (100.00 per person) and they were impeccable. Safe vessel, with slide, good range of drinks and food on board. The tide was great for the tour. I highly recommend taking this tour.

When we were there, there was algae in the water at the beginning, but after a while there was no more and the sea in the region is very good, warm water, green, very beautiful!
The beach has a high wall in one corner, and people climb it to get a view from above. At the other end it was impossible to continue on foot, but I don't know if the tide was higher that day or if it's always like this. I believe so, as there was no way out to go to the Seixas natural pools.
There are many restaurants on this beach, but one of them caught my attention the most and I thought it was perfect: Minha Praia Beach Club, with excellent structure and options.
The beach on Sunday was very crowded, but it was still possible to enjoy it.

Please do not go to the beach.
Have a look at the lighthouse, the view from there, and return back.

It's very dangerous. I was robbed by 2 guys with a knife within couple meters of the lighthouse on the trail to the beach, during the middle of the day, around lunch time . This with my 4 year old daughter along my side.
There was possibly a third guy who also started running as soon as people came to my rescue.
The locals who helped me out, told me the trail is very dangerous.
Nothing is worth it, stay away from there, there are enough safe and very beautiful beaches to visit that this one is absolutely to avoid!!!
