A good renovation of an old area, in complete contrast to the surrounding area. A small number of kiosks and shops with another hall dedicated to restaurant and ice cream stalls. The air conditioning was a relief after the humidity in the markets.

It is pleasant to walk along this long airconditioned hallway with shops and food sections. There are arts and crafts shops and even a posh restaurant in the food section.

Safe and modern place to go in Belém, with gated parking, live music, nice restaurants, some other commerce. A bit pasteurised, but not overly touristy (most people there were locals).
