Mangal das Garcas is a very nice and organized park with a scenic 40m high tower. Stroll around the park, enjoy the nature, birds and up from the visitors level an amazing view of Belém. I can also recomend the restaurant of the park to have lunch or dinner.

We had a 10 hour stop over in Belem and decided to visit some landmarks. This park is very nice and clean. Nice place to spend a few relaxing hours.

The observation tower at the center of the park is worth the price for the view. Also don't miss the river overlook. You could spend a few hours, but you can do it in 45 minutes if needed. …
