Chica da Silva was a black slave who married a very influential white man. She was beautiful and intelligent and used her social position to help improve conditions for slaves.

One of the place to visit when you are at diamantina. The house is very beatiful. Lots of paintings. The garden is huge Even if there is a lot of work there to do!!
