It is the post card of Bonito.

The pictures you see a are professional, you won't get the same shots, it was worthwhile, but like seeing the Mona Lisa, doesn't match the photos, but do go.

This was by far our least preferred activity in Bonito and in part because the educational aspects of the tour go amiss since the tour is uniquely offered in Portuguese. Our guide was relatively rude and rushed (an exception in Bonito). At one stage there were four groups touring the cave at the same time. Big investments are needed to... More

It is amazing to find, deep down in a cave, a lake with an azure blue color. This is created by the light of the blue sky entering the cave through a hole in the ceiling, combined with an bacterial reaction. A must see.

This place is amazing because there are a beautiful trip from Bonito city to gruta do Lago Azul, when you arrive in Lago Azul, you may see the forest, trees, rocks and the amazing gruta do Lago Azul. To way in the place, you must dress shoes.

Tours to this cave begin at 07:00 and end at 14:00, probably because the light after that time comes from the wrong direction and affects the color of the lake. We visited the cave on the 07:40 tour, with two tours having started before ours (so tours likely run every 20 minutes). The tour lasts about an hour, but a... More

You have to go down 300 steps to see the incredable color of the lagoon in the end of the cavern but it worth it.

The location is close to Bonito and easy to access. The cave itself is not much, not deep, but easily accessible. The pool in the cave is indeed bright blue. It is inexpensive and a nice way to spend a little time.

The blue colour of the lake in the cave is really something to experience. The tour takes about 1:40 hours, going down taking pictures and going up again with a couple of explanations in Portuguese

The place is one of the most visited attractions in Bonito, therfore make sure you have a reservation before. The goddess explain about the visit, which takes around 1h 30 min. If you have problems with stairs, I don't recommend. However, if not, then you have to go. The feeling is like of an Explorer entering the earth and finding... More

The guide explain about the formation, you walk inside and be in contact with a formations about millions years ago. And no matter of time you visit it most of the time it is possible to see the blue view. I get... More
