My husband and I are just back from a 24 day trip to Brazil, all of which was organised through Kassi at H20. The whole trip was amazing. All the travel arrangements worked perfectly, including numerous internal flights, and car transfers, and tour bookings. The hotels were all of an excellent standard, and our English speaking guides were all great too. We visited different areas of Brazil (Pantanal, Bonito, Iguazu falls, Porto Jofre, Amazon, Fernando de Noronha and Rio)with the main focus being wildlife experiences, and all the planning and recommendations that Kassi gave us ensured the trip of a lifetime. All we had to do was enjoy our holiday - with no stress about sorting out any arrangements once we were in Brazil. Hopefully we'll get back to Brazil one day, and we'd definitely use Kassi and H20 for our next trip. And until then, we'd 100% recommend her to anyone else.…

Been communicating with Gabriella for organising our bus to and from Bonito, we have not yet completed the trip but she has been amazing assisting us with the booking! Even the payment didn't go through and she guided us through it, communicated with myself each day with a helpful, lovely enthusiasm! Highly recommend! Thank you again Gabriella :D…
