    Stunning
A bit outside the normal tourist attractions, this church is a real gem. The windows are one of the most impressive I have ever seen, beautiful color and design, it gives the church a mystic touch. Highly recommended to visit.

    Gothic glass box
I'm not Christian, I went for architecture. Beautiful columns and stained glass windows, the chandelier is outrageously beautiful and my favorite point was the work on the ceiling. The window into the crypt scared me a little, but it all adds to the gothic charm. Donate money to contribute to restoration and works.

    Very nice.
Very beautiful, its interior stands out with the passage of brightness through colorful glass. It also has part of the remains of Father Don Bosco in the underground part and a souvenir shop. Free entry. There is parking on site.

    Unforgettable visit!!
Sanctuary Don Bosco is simply wonderful!!!!! Unforgettable place!!!! If possible, go twice: in the morning, to see the sunlight crossing the glass, and at night, to see the light of the immense gloss of crystal reflecting on the glass.

A beautiful experience close to God 🙏
Upon entering you are engulfed by Gregorian chants in the background and the majesty of its mosaic walls, make you feel a beautiful connection with God! If you are in Brasilia you must go to meet her, below is a replica of the urn of St. John Bosco, a beautiful religious experience, we will go to Mass to thank God for his Infinite Mercy. From Venezuela 🇻🇪 with love 🙏.

Beautiful church! The stained glass windows and the chandelier are a charm in themselves. The lighting is greatly enhanced by the stained glass walls and there is a little shop at the bottom, just as the story of Dom Bosco describes.

As others have commented and pictures attest, the interior of this Santuario is breathtaking. Before visiting, read about Dom Bosco, and his dream that "prophesied" the building of Brasilia that led to him being the patron saint of the city. It's an interesting story. During your visit, go downstairs to the crypt dedicated to him. The steps leading down are next to the altar. This location is also very near the beginning of one of the residential areas (one of the "wings" in the airplane design plan) of the city. It's a good starting point for a walk if you are interested in seeing some of the planned residential blocks, in addition to the more famous tourist sites.

Although I am not particularly religious I have visited innumerable temples. shrines, churches and cathedrals all around the World and I have to say that the interior of the Santuario Dom Bosco is one of the finest I have ever seen. It has no gold decoration or fine paintings no columns or vaulted ceiling. It just a vast space with four "walls" of blue stained glass and one of the most beautiful things ever.......

Once you walk in you can feel the peace and grace inside it. The lighting is beautiful blue and the central hall was covered in glass wich reflected the blue light and the crusifix and altar. I have to say its a must when you visit Brasilia. In between all the crazy around you, its really nice to take time for God and do a small prayer. I would've loved attending mass but didn't have enough time. I highly recomend it.

outside, the church looks a little bare and weird, but when you walk in.... guauuuu. The church is covered with blue stained glass, giving it a light and look unique and overwhelming. If you go to Brasilia, this is must!!!

Not very spectacular from the outside, but the blue windows leave quite an impression from the inside.

Visiting the Santuario Dom Bosco is a wonderful experience on a bright sunny day with blue light tinting the white marble floors. It is worth pausing to reflect on how similar and completely different this space is to chapels in Europe.
