I love going to escape rooms! Me and my friends did the “Film Noir” room and it was created so well. It was fairly difficult but manageable and relatively easy to work through. We did get help from Weslee (our room guide), and she managed to help us when we didn’t realize we needed it! Her energy helped us stay motivated in the room and really, “get into the story”. She never gave us too much info where it was too easy, but helped us stay on track! Overall 12/10 would recommend! I will say, some rooms seem to be easily done with more people...i think you could complete this one with 3-4 though it will take some brain power and someone who is good with locks!😉

I have been to multiple rooms (they have 5) of this Escape Room Company and they have all been excellent! Your host only helps you as much or little as you request, which I appreciate. I have done escape rooms where it seems the host never stops talking to us. The themes and space of each room is well thought out and designed.
The only downside is they claim (so says their insurance) children and infants must pay the full $30 to join the room with you - even babies under 1, which stinks.

My group and I walked in the building and we were immediately greeted by friendly workers who were passionate about making sure we all had a good time. We were given efficient rules that were also fun and lively. Our game master, Hannah, was very kind and energetic and explained further rules to us and helped us as much as we needed while stuck in the room. We escaped with one minute to spare, and it was so much fun! This is a great experience for family and friends to work together and solve problems as a group. I very much recommend this activity at this location. It was a fantastic time, we will definitely be going back again!

Although the Escape Room Wisconsin did a very good job of making the experience very realistic. The adventure was challenging and exciting to do. They are not considerate of people/children with disabilities that can't participate in the adventure. They charge for every person, every belly button counts, is how it was expressed to us. My daughter is non-verbal and can't participate in any way shape of form. We can't just leave her home alone. We just wanted her to be with us and enjoy getting out of the house. This is the first escape room experience where they charged us for her.

I had family visiting from out of town. The family member booked it for the wrong day. We went in and explained what happened and they would be leaving the next day. They told us they would give me a credit and we could schedule for another date when my family comes back into town. I explained it could be a while before they would be back. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem the credit would be in there system. It had been almost a year later before they came back, so I called to use the credits and book a room. I was told they don’t do credits all the sudden by a different manager. Which is funny because if you look at some of the other problem reviews, they state in there review how they got a credit. So as you can see there word doesn’t mean anything and they make up rules as they go along. They also came up with a story about how they had rebooked it (without informing me) and we were a no show. They also came up with a story of how they call to remind everyone about there appointments and how you can be there 15 minutes before. I never rescheduled anything nor did they ever call me before to verify. The manager said they had notes in the system about this so I asked who, what date and time did someone supposedly call me. Image what, they had no record of a call, hmm. I asked them to give me my 2 credits and book for 2 more people and book a room. Manager said she would call me back. I got a call back and they offered a code for one free person but would have to pay for the other 3 people. Basically I was sh$t out of luck on the other persons credit. Then the manger couldn’t even get the correct year of the original booking.
I have been to 30+ rooms over the whole country and have never had any issues until now. Rent a room here at your own risk. Prime example of how poorly managed and run this place is.

Had a fun time in the AMNESIA room even though we didn’t make it out. Caitlin was a great host and would recommend going to ERW if you’re looking for something to do as a small or large group. Enjoy!

Went twice and both times were amazing. Got such amazing customer services. Both room I went to were amazing and so fun. Didn't escape the first time buuuuuuut made it with 35 seconds left the second TIME!!!! LET'S GOOOO. 11/10 would recommend.

First timers doing an escape room. My wife,son,daughter in law and I decided to try the escape rooms. when we looked up on line the closest to us it was Escape Wisconsin. We were lucky to have one room left that was open for the same day so we booked it. It was AWESOME! The entire staff was really helpful in explaining what to expect and you can make the escape as easy or difficult as you want. We had a blast figuring out the clues and eventually escaping with a 1 minute and 37 seconds left and only needed one clue. We will definitely be back to do more rooms. Thank You Escape Wisconsin Appleton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love escape rooms and this one did not disappoint! Four 40+ year olds and the Class of ‘84…..perfect combination! We had a fun time trying to figure out the clues and work together to solve the challenges….put our old brains to the test. And thanks to our awesome game master Ben, we all had a wonderful evening out (away from the children who had to stay home for once). Ben even made us a personal drawing which was very sweet :)

This was our first time at the Appleton Escape Room Wisconsin, though we have done may rooms at other places throughout the state. Our game masters Jessie and Andrew were very helpful, kind, and polite. My family and I did super hero league it was an amazing time for all of us. The facility is very nice and clean, the escape room itself was well thought out and clever. This room was perfect for families and younger players.
