Very beautiful; very isolated

I visited in 1998, so this is not the most current review. However, I am a bit of a connoisseur of beaches. Lagoinha is very beautiful... nice white sand beach, clean, with a nearby fishing village. It is quite the contrast to nearby Forteleza! However, it's very isolated. That means it's hard to find if you don't speak Portuguese. (The road I took to get there is not on Google Maps to this day!) And the facilities like hotels and restaurants are limited. If you're looking for a luxury resort, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet, private beach... this is it.

Maybe the best beach in Ceará

A magnificent beach some 100 km from Fortaleza, with a spetacular view overlooking the bay and fresh water lagoons nearby, with buggies and four-wheel motocycles to ride on your own to watch breathtaking sunsets.

Awesome Beach
Amazing and paradisiac beach! Few peoples at beach, restaurants with good and cheap food/ drinks (ask for Pargo fish grilled)
