The trip to Trancoso was absurdly expensive, in addition to the cost of the CVC they take you to tents that explore you to the fullest, requiring a minimum of consumption (the cheapest one costs R$80 each per person)
The client is forced to accept this shameful situation, as there are no natural shelters where they do not need to be exposed to the sun for hours.
We met with some locals and with some useful information, we were able to visit other beautiful places at a much lower cost!
We stayed at the Terra Nova tent in Trancoso, which in addition to charging a 10% fee PER PERSON AT THE TABLE (ridiculous) also served a sour salad prepared with vegetables that looked like they had been cooked the day before they were served.
With the money they charge customers, they should at least take better care of the smelly and dirty bathroom!

The beach itself is pretty as the whole region, the sea is stirred with heavy waves. There is a tent that is well structured. *****ATTENTION
SUPER CARO****.
If you want to spend the day there go without thinking about how much you will spend because they charge per person to stay in the tent R$ 250,00. That can be converted into consumption, I went with my 3 children would be 1,000,00 because the little does not pay. The 14-year-old's paid.

Relatively quiet, great entry into the water - easy even for children. Zé Barbuso offers great seating and good food, but very expensive. Minimum turnover per person R150.

Beautiful beach, we arrived at low tide, the sea was calm and the water was beautiful, very green.
On the left side there is where the river meets the sea where the famous fisherman's house is located, beautiful for photos.
There is a structure of more sophisticated and also simpler stalls selling only drinks.
It's a little far from Porto Seguro but it was worth it.

I simply loved Trancoso!!!! I went to Praia dos Nativos and found a spot in a beach club with eletronic music and huge beach chairs - that was paradise to me! The beach itself is really clean with very white sand, deep blue water and lots of coconut trees. I "rented" a horse for half an hour to walk around the beach. I also went inside a river with the horse which was amazing. I paid R$20 (US$10) for that. This is a place where you take a good book and relax. It is really beautiful over there. This place can be quite expensive for meals and accomodation so if you can't afford a whole week there just stay in a village nearby and visit Trancoso during the day :)

From Trancoso, start at the Praia dos Nativos for a wonderful walk to the north (direction Porto Seguro). The beaches are great, you will pass amazing red rock formations and don't worry about places to have a drink or snack, since there are plenty of them. You will not regret it!

Great beach with good "barracas" with cold beer and good food. Nice place to spend time during the day. Wish some of the places stayed open at night so you could have dinner on the sand.

A little walk to get there from the quadrado but worth it on a dirt road (may be usable by cars too) but you would not see the monkeys! beach is very long and flat.

It's our favorite beach (and we have tried all of them). It goes on forever, never has many people and if you walk to the Rio Barro which goes into the sea across Nativos. The bad news is that unless you camp out at the Nativos bar and cafe, there is nowhere to rent chairs or umbrellas and get shade until you have gone the 2.5 kilometers to the river.

Nativo's Beach has the best beach service in Trancoso: FlyClub.

Firstly, The Beach: Located few blocks down from Quadrado (Center of Trancoso's small fairy tale town), you will find Nativas Beach, a two level bahia beach, open to left and right with beautiful turquoise sea and sand extensions surrounded by palms, crabs, birds and private wealthy residences on the left side. On the right side of the main paid parking (10 Reales), you will find beach infraestructure, basically beach restaurants for different budgets. Most bars and restaurants extend tables areas into the beach, which may be annoying. Menu include the typical specialties but really no gourmet hands here.(Ze Barbudo, etc)
FlyClub: located apart from the bars/restaurant and with unique views of the beach, this beach oasis includes individual sun beds along with tables and large umbrellas all set in a cool way so you have privacy and VIP comfort. SkyClub also offers bar and restaurant gourmet food, including mignon brochettes, mandioca bites sushi style, italian pasta and incredible options on drinks from juices to Cliquot Champagne. Chillout music sessions provide incredible relaxation and enjoyment with live DJ adding cool sounds to the beach dynamic. This is a VIP spot is not cheap, but it is worth every dollar. Paco, Rodrigo and their teammates will take care of you around the clock with an efficient and courteous service.
