Box office opens after 3:00 p.m. Tickets were 50 reais (about $17 US) and the show, at 8:00 p.m., last about 50 minutes. You'll see amazingly talented, agile, beautiful female and male dancers perform multiple dances that highlight the African ancestry of Salvador. I took an uber (an easy and inexpensive way to get around) to Pelourinho and got the tickets in five minutes. A must see.

A very small venue with bench seating. Arrive early if you want a front row view. But really no seat is bad.

Our show featured various local and traditional dance scenes. It was interesting, lively and quite loud at times. It's worth it.

Located in the heart of Pelorinho. Walk the cobblestoned streets of the historic district exploring the shops, galleries and museums.
Have lunch of one of the numerous restaurants that serve bahian cuisine
Enjoy happy hour drinks
and make sure to buy your tickets for Ballet Folclorico da Bahia at 8:00pm at Teatro Miguel Santana

Small theatre - People are seated in dark room on stairs.
At first, mainly percussion. Then some serious dance skills and capoeira, Let's you feel the vibes of Brazil and the Spirit of brazilian People. Beautiful People and fantastic bodies!
Everyone in our Group absolutely loved the Show!
