Pristine beach, too many vendors

Not much to say - it's an absolutely beautiful beach when the sun is out. Went on a weekday morning and it wasn't very crowded, but there sure were plenty of vendors. None were... read more

Great place, beautiful people and a very nice beach. You must book a van and they will get you from the hotel .

Nice beach, crystal clear water, many bars and beach sellers to serve your caipirinha etc. all the efforts of the locals to lead you to a local paid parking and specific bars and beach sellers where they pay each other commission's can be a bit intrusive though.

Not much to say - it's an absolutely beautiful beach when the sun is out. Went on a weekday morning and it wasn't very crowded, but there sure were plenty of vendors. None were very pushy, but it was a constant stream, probably one every minute or two. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a day trip from... More

It is a beautiful beach surrounded by reefs. almost always transparent waters. warm. There is a good space for long walks. But mass tourism always brings some problems for those who want peace and nature. There are difficulties to park as a result of high demand, but it should be only on weekends. But there have been improvements in infrastructure.... More

Nice beach and ambiance. Worth a visit if only too many vendors walking around. They are very friendly though. Water is very calm. You'll want to enjoy the set up right in the water.

Amazing beach with bright blue warm water and flour like sand. You can walk out to some coral which you can spot Dory and friends swimming around (no Nemo unfortunately). The restaurants on the beach front were a rip off but if you go one road back there's an amazing and affordable self service.

Beautiful, amazing beach, nice food and beer options. Must try Tapioca in Maceio. Water is that color as on pictures even better, frendly locals.

The part most visited is the part filled by restaurants and bars alike. It's protected by a large coral reef and it's perfect for bathing. There's another part of the beach, more visited by surfers and people who enjoy waves, it's dangerous and those who want to bathe there, should be cautious, the currents can carry you really far. An... More
