It is the best beach in maceio, cheap sunscreens to rent, very nice people will bring food and drinks to the waterside. All to enjoy.

The beach and sea is very safe and ideal for all family members. There are a number of bars serving food and drink. There are opportunities to get a boat out to the reefs.

Ponta Verde Beach is really beautiful, with is green and turquoise-colored waters and becoming bluer as it gets deeper. It is well cared for and almost always quite clean, and the landward limit of the beach has a lane for bikes, skates and roller-skates, another one for jogging and still another space just for strolling (and a lot of people... It's one of the beaches of the city. Stands in between Pajuçara and Jatiúca. The beach is beautiful but receive illegal sewage pipes from hotels and other companies that do not care about the enviroment. Even though people should not bathe there, you can still see lots of them doing it, most of them ignore these horrible facts.

Located along the long boardwalk of Maceio, this beach has less tourists and offers a nice beach and waters to swim in. During the low tides of the full moon, one can walk very far out in shallow waters and explore the various sea life...

Nice, with white sands and blue sea. The colour of the sea is wonderful. The most beautiful in the north-east side of the country.

Water is awesome, pretty calm and relatively clean. Lots of bars/restaurants on the beach. Areas both for people watching or for a little solitude. Police have little "outposts" around so is pretty safe. Don't like - further south of the beach is where all the local youngsters hang out, can be very load (music) and the smell of marijuana is... Excellent infrastructure with kiosks on the beach that function as restaurants with umbrellas, tables and chairs to enjoy the whole day on the beach.

Beautiful beach to walk along, stop for a beer along the many stands, admire the amazing turquoise-colored water, but unfortunately polluted and not recommended for swimming.
