It’s a beautiful and tranquil beach not far from the city center. It wasn’t crowded and the beach was clean.

I really loved it. Is huge, so there are some areas where there are hotels and people at beach, but most of it is empty. Literally. I supose it depends on where did you arrive. I mean, there is not a main entrance with signals. You are driving from maceio, turn to the right, in one of the various streets (un paved streets), leave your car where you can and.. beach. Be careful, there are not food sellers (wich i think is great), so you may bring with you your own lunch and water or whatever you drink. The sea is not deep, and very very calm.

Really awesome place, beautiful and solitaire beach with lots of palm trees offshore. We walk alone for a couple of kilometers enjoying the view, turquoise and warm waters. Definitely its a must to know this place.

Very nice and calm beach. You can choose from sit and pay or bring all your stuff. The second choice is better, because the prices are crazy. This area, from Maceió to Recife is a great coral area. Warm water in a green sea. Fantastic view. Better than Caribe.
