As mediteranian as it gets.

Beautiful and large square with old stone building around it. Great market also every day. Try the exquisite cheese from oil and old kaymak from leather containers.

Nice shady town square

Nice public square that’s got a few things happening around it, with trees makes for nice shady place to escape the sun.

Also some nice restaurants and bars, good for a few drinks and enjoy the surrounding buildings.

Cool shade to rest or eat

Trebinje has many lovely gardens, and the two squares lined up with plantain trees are the perfect spot for lunch, coffee, drinks or ice cream. There are several restaurant under its shade

We ended up having a few drinks at one of the terrace there, and enjoyed the atmosphere and scenery all around. The weather was perfect, and the people really nice and friendly.

Central and lively under tall trees

Pleasant square because of the many tall trees among them platans. Most days there is a market where locals sell fresh produce. Mostly vegetables and fruit, but also cheese and flowers. Villagers have been selling (seasonal) produce here for ages.
