After dinner visited this place and was perfect! Cocktails and service were both 5 star! The view over the boardwalk and bay was perfect to round off the evening. Only criticism is smoking. Why places continue to allow smoking inside in 2023 is stupid. I know it’s cultural but when I’m drinking a nice cocktail I don’t want to taste second hand smoke.

Amazing cocktails living up to a high level cocktail standard. They make proper classic cocktails living up to the standard which is very rare in general from a professional point of view. Great and very welcoming service.

The cocktail bar is located on the terrace at the top and has a very nice view on the center of the city. The passion fruit cocktail was very good and cost 820 lek. All cocktails look very good. The bar has a good vibe and the waiters are very friendly. If you don't sit by the edge, it can be very hot, and the tables are a bit crowded.
